WhyNa: cc @Palazo, @kingskim @clicked @dlordy100 @techjeff and my beloved followers...
Before replying @palazo's epistle (I swear even me tire to read) (@palazo nawa o. lol), I had to go back and skim through the thread from around April or so last year to find a particular comment I made. If anyone stumbles on it, please quote it cos I still didn't find it. maybe because I only had time to skim or it was probably one of those hidden by the ogas.
Anyways, back to the point....
I remember sometime last year , I gave a shout-out to the nairalander who trusted me with his money. NO it wasn't just words.
Truth is, Palazo did send me money in MARCH 2020 asking me to help runn his visa. one week later, everything shut down and lockdowns began. I had his money up until last week JANUARY 15TH 2021 when he said he has decided to venture into busness and would like a refund.
The purpose of this?? Nothing really but I didn't like the way he was beeing attacked. See, I am the grateful one here because it not easy to trust someone you don't know with amount of money!
I turly understand the times we're in now and how nobody can be trusted and all but I had to speak up. Notice he didn't even mention my name.
So please, he wasn't telling a lie. Forgive the long epistle though. So except he is now an agent or has another agent he is working with or talking about, WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN ABOVE is what transpired between I and Palazo.
Peace
na wetin Nigeria dy cause as a failed state we just trying not to fall into something that will end up in premium tears times are hard and u vehemently repeated you won't be sharing ur agent details everyone should go for dia own source their own way so nobody thought of this so we felt op was trying to market products (we dn dy wise 5 Likes 1 Share |

WhyNa: Hey guys, how are y'all doing??
It's a freezing 8 Degrees here now and it's not funny. You don't want to wake up and leave the comfort of your bed cos once you step outside, it's hell in a freezing way.
But we gats keep chasing the paper.
So I was talking to some Nairalanders here and for the first time, it actually dawned on me; the bold step I took. Like a lot of you have mentioned me on thread and commended my bravery for a female but only now did it dawn on me.
How I was able to quit my job, how I was able to part with my life's savings, how I was able to push through despite being scared as per visa on arrival, how I was able to make a trip alone to a place I knew nobody, how I was able to keep it together during the trying times.
Well look at me now! See how far God has brought me!
I'm writing this to encourage those currently planning to make a move to whatever country.
See, the easiest part is applying trust me. It starts getting hard at quitting your job no matter what it is. I was earning a meagre 60k per month with so much stress and less appreciation. However, knowing I at least had something was at the time more comforting than the unknown.
The authentication part is easy. If you don't stay in Abuja, you may procastinate and ask yourself questions but once you make the trip, the rest is easy.
Next, parting with your money. I swear you would turn FBI and your faith will skyrocket by force. It's like, shey I no go just hol this one wey I dey see?
Then come leaving proper. The traveling and plane ride is exciting oh and you'll thank God a million times especially. Then you land and it hits you....only me, no work, which way....lol.
But from then on, as long as you preserve and keep at it, it only gets better.

When he can easily do it himself? For someone who doesn't live in Abuja, it is cheaper to get a lawyer to do it on their behalf. By the time you add: 1. transportation to and fro Abuja 2. hotel bills 3. food and snacks. 1-3 above will cost more than the lawyer's fees (which should not be more than 20k). Mind you, this is based on my calculation. Given that the prices for MOE, MFA & EMBASSY are fixed, s/he can do the maths based on the number of documents multiplied by the number of pages. Then add the lawyer's fees. 3 Likes |

From my findings, you'll only get in only if you have sponsors, which is quite hard to get for a NNES. Getting flight from here to VT is another problem since flights are still not allowed in, except from fee Asian countries. @Mike213, which visa did you get, and how did you go about it? |

No lawyer would take less than 50k to do that except new wig that was just called to the bar. i My suggestion to you would be, please, make enquiries. I made my suggestion based on my interaction with two different lawyers - one in Lagos and the other in Abuja. |
