WAPCO: Quite a lot of activities here......is FYE result/dividend approaching or just positive sentiments?
We wait and see......

MANSARD:. Full offer @1.53 ..........is bonus issue approved by SEC and ready for distribution to shareholders?
Caution is advised here.......

Please any latest about MANSARD? Why the massive selloff? Still saw some people accumulating in large quantity........ any info to guide our actions will be appreciated. Thank you.

Mansard has returned well over 100% since it was marked down for bonus-issue.
It's partly profit taking and also, adjusting towards incoming bonus/reconstruction phase in my opinion........I may be wrong though.
We discussed these things extensively here that time.

If you picked below N1, i don't think there's anything to worry about.
If you're expecting bonus, think it's also a plus.
If you buy at high price, say 1.70/1.80, then, a to convert it to long term cos those who were in the ship at cheaper price, na dem get mouth now. smiley

*Updated: If you buy higher, you may not have to wait longer if positive momentum insurance sector persists.....there was massive purchases in today's market........las las Mr. Market have the final say.

The challenge will be the exit.

One can queue for more than 10 days trying to exit when free fall start. Look at Japaulgold, Some have tried to exit since 2 days and have been trapped. Every day that passes, its 10% drop. Thank God for NSE to cap this. If it were the US exchange, 90% loss can happen in a day to avoid all the traps

when I said the exit will turn to stampede, some people thought I was hating.
at the time there were still a few bid.

School fees will always be paid

I was about asking. What is causing this. We know dangote cement was due to buy back. BUA was due to news of expansion. But WAPCO? i don't know. The bull run is now a streak

Are they divesting from blue continental? (Ghananian cement maker where they hold a 35% equity sttae)

CAVERTON was one of d fundamentally OK companies that refused to move through 2020, same with Vitafoam, vitafoam has moved, made 60 to 70%. I think it is Cavertons turn to move.

No, I don't have graphs or charts for this one, it is just my 6th sense talking to me.

This is a positive news for the company moving from negative to profitability. The other challenge is one man management which will make the stock remain a gamble.

Those who are selling are taking their profit, I knew someone that enter on Friday @1.52.

Go get your bank stocks now. Do not wait to chase them when their time comes. Remember they pay some of the best dividend on the exchange.
.

My opinion.

I don't see banks increasing their dividends ratios so except there is a general rally, I think it's best to wait until results are out. Some of the stocks that will likely pay higher dividends apart from vitafoam are the health coys, ucap &afripud.
