It is Normal in Nigeria to always not care about the recievers. Infact, the money will still end with one rich international cook, and they won't give a dime.
Dumb organizers wouldn't mind to use tactics in order to involve the real street sellers, they don't care. All they care about is what they will gain from it, the popularities etc
Same reason cacovid people didn't care if the food they shared get to poor Nigerians or not, they don't mind if it stays with the rich politicians because the purpose is not to feed the poor but to tell the world they gave foods out to the poor
