It is very difficult for me to say because when I was in Tanzania it was research what only. I was doing some research for a company which was doing marine biology. In Lake Victoria and lake Malawi so I did not stay long only about two months. Also I have visited Kenya many times but the same thing I do not stay long. If I get chance in the future maybe I will spend one year in Kenya running all around and one year in Tanzania running all around then I can make a comparison. I spent only 5 days in Nairobi and 2 days Dar es Salaam Tanzania. My specialty is agronomics and when I visit most African countries it is for research work so I do not have time. The only thing I can say both of these countries are hundred years front of Nigeria
