*Disbursement of Earned Allowances*

The EA money disbursed this morning for SSANU members comprises the following:

1. Responsibility Allowances (65% for 11 months)

2. Hazard Allowances (65% for 11 months)

3. Excess work load (65% for 11 months)

4. Overtime allowances ( as submitted by he Heads of unit/Dept.)

5. Call duty/shift allowance

Therefore, any member whose allowances have not been paid or got something less than what he/she expected, shall get clarification first from Raji at Bursary Office.

Thereafter, write a letter of complaint to the Committee of Earned Allowances and forward a copy to SSANU.

The anomaly would be corrected as there is provision for that.

If they leave the disbursement of these funds for each universities, there will be issues with payments cos top university people will start cutting from EA especially of non academic staff. It's a normal thing for them.
