Firstly, most criminals are ex trained police and soldiers. Secondly, police/soldiers especially police are trained to shoot consciously to avoid casualties while criminals just shoot sporadically not minding the aftermath. My view

One army recruit slapped me (and threatened to even waste me) so i could not return that slap. My gf then almost fought him but i knew the repercussion so i begged her to not make trouble.
