Like you've been told, it's a clone version.
What you need is to have it rooted and install a memory card in it.
That way you can
1. Format the memory card as Internal Storage.
2. Have apps that can be easily installed or moved to SD Card as well as monitor device storage.
3. Use many other task killer apps that will effectively free up your phone RAM.
Thanks. I will do this.

1. Format the memory card as Internal Storage. (I doubt if your phone can do that itself, so you need to use Minitool partition wizard on PC. Also make sure your Mem card is a Class 10 cos it's faster. Partition your memory card and format one part as 'ext2' for internal memory and the other as 'FAT32' for portable storage/SD Card.

2. Have apps that can be easily installed or moved to SD Card as well as monitor device storage. (ES Explorer is a very useful tool for analysing space usage and moving files. Also, Link2SD and App2SD help move apps or its folders to SD card during/after installation)

3. Use many other task killer apps that will effectively free up your phone RAM. (Greenify tops the list of Task Killers for me. It works even better if it's in a rooted device).

Thank you so much. I'll do this before while gathering money to change it.
Why people would choose to sell fake or cloned products to people is baffling. I have become so ashamed to bring it out in class cheesy cheesy. I actually bought it 39k

Boss abeg what could be wrong with my Samsung A20 and what should I do. My small sister dipped it into water. Then I dried it(kept it inside rice) and it started working back. After some days, she dipped it in water again but it still worked a while. Suddenly, it just went off and doesn't switch on again.

I'll really appreciate your help.
