Kogi state has regected any interference of the federal government in the matter of the state's covid-19 situation .So even the federal government is in the dark over whats going on over there.Thesame position Cross River state took before.Cross River state eventually cried out for help from the federal government some weeks back.
So all actual figures are known to Kogi state Governor alone.Even the 5 mentioned there was a battle the governor claims covid-19 is not in the state.Well for me as someone with a scientific background that is very difficult to believe.Except the state is not on this planet or the whole citizens of that state are following strict preventive guidelines which is impossible or the whole citizens are immune to the virus.

Honestly speaking! This thing is getting out of understanding.

So because Yahaya Bello refused to believe that there is covid-19 and wouldn't allow people in his state to get tested is the only reason you tagged daily report "fake news"? May be the daily reports from other countries too are fake news or Nigerians are somehow immuned to covid-19

Well I used to think like this before until I witnessed it myself. Am not saying covid-19 is a lie but the situation in Kogi is different. I've been in Kogi for the last 3 months plus and the life style here shows no covid-19 at all. Because no way every soul in kogi will be asymptomatic to the virus, if the virus really exists in the state at least a few should have shown symptoms, or even death like the "Case of Kano few months back". Kogi has her children in every part of the country and no way none of them will not come for eid celebration or this December/January festivities plus is a link to many other states yet no complications. Either Nigeria is lying or Kogi is having God's favour and I'll rather go with God's favour.
