senator77: If the applicant is self-sponsored, then he/she has to provide adequate funds that would cover for the entire duration of the program. However, in the scenario that the applicant is being sponsored by someone (parents or siblings), the sponsor must demonstrate financial sufficiency for the first year of study in Canada. elizyous: Anyone can assist in paying your tuition fee, it doesn't matter and in no way does it complicate anything in your application. Clearly state in your letter of explanation that your husband was responsible for the tuition payment to show his readiness to sponsor your studies in Canada. It will end in praise |

KejiA: Have you been charged already and the process completed? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Salientjoe: 2:43pm On Jan 27, 2021 |
elizyous: Definitely. Someone can pay the tuition for you over there. How you'll talk about it is at your discretion. If you're not prepared to talk about your relationship with the person that paid, you may just be silent about it. For me, I only requested and attached to my application a letter from the school stating I had paid the deposit and it sufficed. |

Frankrobbn1: Thank you Mr. Frank. I was at the bank yesterday and the official said something in the line. He said getting dollars from CBN is now like a bid due to its scarcity and they were able to secure 405/$ for me. Which bank would you suggest? I will withdraw the funds and process with another bank. |
