He needs game time in senior football. It is better to be on the bench elsewhere and get minutes off the bench than stay here and not even get on the bench.

I get what you are saying though in that many of the loan moves this season have been really bad, however a loan move is not intrinsically a bad thing. The club should just do their due diligence and send him to a good team that plays attacking football whilst giving him opportunities.


I would have left him in Under-23s until the end of the season and then loaned him out next season cos i think he is still 1yr away from first team EPL football.

Thank you boss. That was how they hyped Liverpool and Chelsea, we keep telling them that Liverpool have clear deficiencies they shouted us down, that we cant compete with them. Watch City against Covid rusted Villa, they nearly would have drew that match, there was no much difference between how we won Villa and how they did even when the side they played were not on top form. West brom is clearly a very mediocre team that leeds and Arsenal took turns to hammer. This same City destroyed Burnley 5-0 sometime this season when they were not in form. Outside that their first Eleven every other of their bench players are below average or out of form. They might well win, but its not cast on stone.

They problem with your analysis is that you are pointing fingers at potential banana peels for City without critically analyzing our own chances...

Like City, we will also drop points but in the end, the more consistent team will carry the day...

The probability of Sheffield winning is low, that doesn't mean there isn't a probability of them winning, but we have the much higher probability so no dey fear.

I don't see it. It appears they have assessed Amad and believe he is better than Pellistri. Greenwood is better than Pellistri. Elanga is at least as good if not better than Pellistri IMO.
With the club potentially going for Haaland or Sancho in the near future i don't see how he will be a starter for us.

Oh ok. Hopefully. Some of the loan deals so far have been really bad.

I notice how people here analyze other teams and predict how they'll drop points without looking at our own team. For some time na our wins na war and battle

Team A will drop points, Team B will drop points, but your own team will keep winning a bi, issokay

You people will change mouth now once City drop points in a game.

The only difficult game on the horizon for us is Arsenal. If we beat them, we can remain on top for a long time. City has difficult fixtures in February/March.

We just need to keep chipping away. On a normal day we’d have dropped points in the games against Wolves, Burnley, A. Villa and even Fulham. That game at Anfield we’d have lost it.

But look at where we are. The team is developing, learning how to win games especially when they are under pressure to and are expected to win.

Definitely, we are punching above our weight but winning the league title is possible. Greenwood and Martial only needs to step up for the fans’ confidence to grow.
