In almost every century, we have seen the clash between portrayed saviours and their betrayers. Even the Holy book (Bible) records such accounts, with that of 'Jesus' been the most famous.

However, it seems history has repeated itself, as Yoruba activist and freedom fighter, Sunday Igboho, has experienced a similar event.

According to reports, the vibrant activist experienced an attack from some hoodlums, where he claims properties worth N50 million naira was lost. This is apart from the imminent danger it would have caused to his brothers, who he confirmed were inside the house during the attack, but narrowly escaped.

Some reports claim the attack took place around 3am when some hitmen approached his house, shooting randomly at their target; and ended up setting his house on fire.

https://nationnaija.com.ng/every-savior-has-a-betrayer-how-sunday-igboho-was-betrayed-by-his-fellow-yoruba-indigenes/

As expected, the attack on the popular freedom fighter drew the attention and compassion of many of his supporters, who were afraid he could retaliate badly to the event. Surprisingly, the Yoruba kinsman have waved off the attack, and claimed he would not blame anybody fully; until investigations are carried out.

Nevertheless, what has tingled the ears of many individuals is the complaint of the activist on the assistance, been rendered by some of the Yoruba Indigenes to his Fulani rivals.

He was quoted as saying “if some Yorubas were not involved, the Fulanis would have never done what they did successfully.” According to him, he believes that some of his fellow kinsmen are supporting the Fulanis.

No doubt, this has come as a surprise to many observers, who are amazed at the fact that the freedom fighter now has enemies on both sides. His fight for the rescue of the Yoruba people from the hands of killer Herdsmen has taken a new turn after this event.

Certainly, the alleged Saviour now has betrayers. The worst part is that the freedom fighter has put so much efforts to see his wishes for the Yoruba Indigenes come true, but it seems every savior always has a betrayer.

The activities of backstabbers have not stopped since it started, and many men, great and small, have been victims of such enterprise.

Nonetheless, the Yoruba activist still remains unshaken and claims he would have killed all his attackers, if they had chosen his residence as their target. Perhaps, the stories of his diabolical prowess are one of the reasons he could make such claims boldly.

However, this new development is an unexpected one and shows that the Yoruba activist is now been fought, by those he has been fighting for.

Could this alleged modern Saviour be a victim of betrayers? Will he continue his fight despite been backstabbed? The saga continues and the Oyo crisis is still making the headlines.

They usually use other tribe's real name to fake their identity

Beware Nigerians. This is the time to know and understand the true identity of those who cause tribalism on here, they are paid agents, they are neither from east or west, some are not Nigerian. They have more than twenty monikers, they would create tribal related topics and make tribal comments with different monikers to cause chaos between southerners. Though, they have no conscience but you can try to educate them or better ignore them. They are easy to identify, use your head brothers.
They dominate this platform. They are evil and restless until their aim is achieved.

We yorubas betray for petty things due to envy and would pretend as if they love you. But people of se and as would betray you for money and properties and you would have the clue that do not like you. Pretense is not striking.

There are many Fulanis with Yoruba names and they speak very fluent Yoruba language.
They bear names such as Adeyemi, Tunde, Adeniyi, and so on... this are the ones I know personally.
But all the real indigenes of Yoruba that re supporting this people will all be exposed by the special grace of God.

It's the same reason the Negro was a good slave,
He is mostly incapable of thinking 10 years into the future, let alone 100 years, if you task him to think into the future, he would quickly tell you to leave that to God,

When slavery was being abolished, there were negros that were vehemently against it, they just didn't know what to do with freedom, for to be free is to take responsibility for yourself, and the negro never wants to do that!

Now kudos to the Fulani who have plans that span 300 years, and they are still at it, making good progress, indigenes becoming refugees, while their empire keeps increasing,
But the brilliance of the plan is that it's the indigenous people that sacrifice themselves and pay for their own destruction! , no matter the fool that becomes president, the fulanis expand a little bit,
It's a genius plan!

The part in bold sums up the tragedy. If they can betray their own blood fighting to protect them, then who wouldn't they betray?

I can feel the pains of Sunday Igboho in that interview. His morale must be down to the lowest ebb. He is unfortunate to belong to a people that like being in slavery than having freedom. I dare say with full confidence that if Sunday Igboho were to from Igboland and given same circumstances obtainable in the SW, nobody will contemplate on betraying him. He will enjoy 100% support. Same way if he were to be Hausa or Ijaw but same can't be said of these habitual betrayers. SMH.

Igbos don't betray them self, if true, but they possess this trait of always running away before finishing the fight. A good Example is their eternal Lord and savior Kanu who could not stay in Nigeria, in Igbo Land to fight the Fulani herds men head on, but had to run away to England Like a fugitive to be controlling senseless Igbo sons and Daughter, to be receiving hot army Bullet on Orlu and Oyigbo street.
Another good example is the Ojukwu nonentity, the Igbo Hero, who always slept with his boot, i am sure he had it in mind that, if anything goes wrong at least he will have his boot to run away with, he didn't only run away like pathetic coward with his boot, but with his whole family, living 3 million idiot to suffer for his own Ignorant Action.
Igbos are the real coward.
If we now want to talk about betrayal, should we talk zik, who betrayed awo just to become a ceremonial President, putting Nigeria in The present situation she found her self. Or The Eastern Governors who proscribed your beloved Ipob as a Terrorists Org. Ignorant mofos

You're indeed dull, no jokes!
Firstly, Nnamdi Kanu was in Nigeria for a long time, organizing rallies and challenging Buhari to do his worst! He was jailed severally and he always came out to continue the struggle. Each time he visited any city in Igboland, that city will be grounded with crowds gathering to see and cheer him. He had to leave Nigeria under controversial circumstances when army ambushed him in his house with tanks and battalion of soldiers, against an unarmed civilian shocked shocked Yet he escaped inhurt and reappeared in Israel. Nnamdi Kanu is better off in London to coordinate affairs of IPOB both in Nigeria and globally without distractions. In Nigeria, he would either be jailed by your zoo police or assassinated, then of what use will he be to the struggle? All the way from London, he has continued to create awareness about the madness going on in Nigeria. He also created, organized, financed and armed volunteers to secure his homeland! Come on, give credit to whom it's due!

Without Nnamdi Kanu and his Igbo ethnic group, all other Nigerians would have been totally and completely subjugated.

Ojukwu's father was among Africa's richest men. Ojukwu had everything he could dream of in life, yet he staked all to protect his people. He saw ahead of the tragedy Nigeria was going to be and tried to stop it but perennial cowards and slaves who couldn't see beyond their noses teamed up with the oppressors to fight against the very people trying to save everyone. Ojukwu and his men fought like real men despite the overwhelming odds stacked against them! Awolowo that joined forces with Fulanis to fight Ojukwu later committed suicide and died a shameful death when his masters wanted to put him on trial for treason charges. Yet Ojukwu lived to his old age and was given a massive state burial.

Continue fooling yourself while Fulanis have already become indigenes of SW. You can't travel on the highway, can't farm, can't sleep with your two eyes closed, and you think you're alive??

Shame on you and your likes that chose slavery instead of freedom.
