That's a fake phone. Always look for eye care, blue light filter and the likes, if that feature doesn't work, it's obviously a fake phone. That's a sure way to know a quality screen too if it works.

I can't make payment before checking if the specs on paper is same with what we have in the phone. I usually tell the seller how I intend to verify the specs. If he agrees I go ahead, if not I go to another shop
