Don’t mind nairalanders. As long as it’s a woman, they will bend themselves into all shapes to diminish her achievements. Just the hair and clothes that some of them sell they make more money than the movies pay them.
They use their fame well.

eyinjuege:

How are they lazy please?.
They both have their own movie production outlet which they produce different movies steadily. They both also act
They both have their own wholesale boutiques they run and both travel regularly to stock up their boutiques.
Iyabo runs a restaurant, runs a club/karaoke bar steadily. Infact, Iyabo is presently in Turkey with her son and I'm sure it's for business purposes. He runs the Male section of her boutique
How much more hardworking do you want then to be?
A smart celebrity will capitalise on their fame, a skill which the female ones have learnt perfectly.
Some of the actresses sell their own hair/wigs, sell creams etc. They sell their products 3x more expensive.
They also act as brand ambassadors for hair, creams, shoes/bags, weight loss products , jewelry lines etc.
Even Bob risky acts as a brand ambassador for all these same people and he is paid tens of millions per endorsement.
Please, they're not lazy at all. It's just like saying Funke Akindele is lazy. She focuses on her own scene1 TV, writing scripts, movie production too. She just doesn't post her own houses etc.

Sad demise. but, how is in Nigeria movie industry, the females are always doing better than the men?? Buying houses, cars, traveling here and there and living life.... it's mostly the men that are always sick and needing help..
why is that so?
the female folks have sugar daddies, governors, senators that brush them up. that's how they are getting their money nothing special. one of my sister in-laws have work with them and she told me how they live there live. even the married ones among them is not even left out.

Mrs. Obiano Mourns Nollywood Actor, Ernest Asuzu

The wife of Governor of Anambra State and founder of Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFE), a charity-based organization, Dr. (Mrs.) Ebelechukwu Obiano (Osodieme) has commiserated with Jennifer, the wife of Ernest Asuzu and entire Asuzu family, over the sudden demise of Nollywood actor and singer late yesterday.

Mrs. Obiano, who expressed the condolences on behalf of her family and her NGO, Caring Family Initiative, (CAFÉ), in a special release by the Deputy Chief Press Secretary, Emeka Ozumba, in Awka after confirming the incident by wife of the deceased, said that she is deeply grieved by the loss of Mr. Ernest Asuzu.
She described the late Nollywood actor and singer as a bubbly, hardworking young man whose progress was momentarily stalled by failing health.

In her words: “I am saddened by this news. Every death is a painful experience, but the death of someone dear to us like Ernest, leaves us devastated. I recall the last time I met him in February 2020 at Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital, Amaku, Awka, where we evacuated him for treatment and how he recovered and was in good health after two weeks.

I also followed up on his progress thereafter and was glad that our effort at rehabilitating him was yielding positive result. “
“There is no doubt that the death of Ernest has created a vacuum in the family and in the Nigerian entertainment sector and has also left an abiding sense of loss among his friends and compatriots. However, as Christians we are consoled that there is an eternity with the Father to which His mercy admits us. Therefore, as we mourn his exit, let us not forget the ideals for which he lived. May his soul rest in peace.” Mrs. Obiano surmised.

It would be recalled that in April 2020, Mrs. Obiano intervened through her NGO, CAFÉ at the peak of Asuzu’s health challenges in Lagos and evacuated him to be treated in Awka Anambra State and on recovery returned back to base with his wife. It is quite unfortunate he had to die this soon. May the good Lord accept his soul.

RIP

Honestly.. I tire for NL.
In unis too, they will come up with narratives that females are scoring better because they are sleeping with lecturers forgetting that many of the girls spend longer hours studying and are more organised than they are.
The women he mentioned have been acting for over 15 years, and running several businesses for many years.
Is it too much to build a single house, after so long as a celebrity? Is it too much to use a nice car?
We don't even know if they took mortgages to pay for their houses, yet na sugar daddy people are assuming bought them their houses.
Na so e easy to get sugar daddy that will be buying you houses up, right , left and center?
Of course they will have their own boyfriend or friends with benefits, afterall they will have their own sexual needs, but that doesn't mean the boys are sponsoring them.
Someone even opened a thread sometime ago that women should stop working because men are struggling to get jobs since the women have taken all the jobs in the market place. Funny folks

Keep justifying Oloshos and prostitution. We all know better that all their so called businesses aren't their actual source of income. Like Liz Anjorin too would want you fools to believe. The hardworking ones like Funke Akindele is of course not in this bracket. I know of a friend that's once slept with some of these ladies and he told me of their level of fetishism. I wasn't surprised of course. They go to every length to get money out of men and also have drug syndicates on their behalf. Majority end up miserable! undecided

Perhaps their male counterparts are ending up miserable too because of their fetishness?
Your brohoe sharing gbola around from one actress to another is what? Is he not also using them for juju and realised their own power pass him own?

At least you realize they're fetish... the guy was just an innocent kid seeking celebrity fun till he was fully 'aware' of wetin dis Oloshos really dey into. You see dem running to Dubai blah, blah and don't know jack. undecided 90% of them are into glorified prostitution with Politicians/big men and drugs. There's nothing honest abt their source of income till karma eventually catch up with them which always do. He focused on Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe especially. They usually charge N50K at some point but now bigger fees. cool I wasn't too surprised tho. grin
