1) That should be differential settlement. Break that part and install a column there.

I suppose a lot of homeowners will know that there are people who specializes in interior jobs. They’re not building contractors/engineers/builders.

Interior designers work with clients to understand their goals for a particular space. They create indoor spaces that satisfy the client's needs for aesthetics, safety and function.

They understand that all elements such as artwork, lighting, window treatments and flooring must work together to contribute to an overall look that will satisfy a client's needs.

It’s only here that the title “engineer” fit all type of construction (new builds, fitouts, remodeling, conversion, repurposing, interior decoration etc)

We know a lot of things are wrong but we just do them anyhow and expect great results

It’s even more laughable when people in diaspora who should know better make these mistakes.

Most upscale developments in Ikoyi and the likes are contracted to professional interior designers and not “engineers” and the results are always outstanding.

$50,000 Client.. he probably have $50m in the bank, no need for gospel because he will be ready to go to court to draw blood if the contractor skips town with his money or do a shitty job.
