I've never seen a team that switches from 100 to 1 like this team. One match they are playing well, the next match they're absolutely trash. First-half they're playing nonsense, then concede and picks up midway into second-half and win via a comeback.


The key is to find a way to keep them motivated and be consistent week in, week out. Recent champions like Conte's Chelshit, Pep and Klopp's teams were consistent and played at high intensity.

This is where the coach comes in. Find a way to get this team concentrated and consistent for at least 90% of each match. Not off and on.

Find a way to motivate Martial or Rashford that are known for being inconsistent These guys have been here under 3 managers and we keep saying this same thing while they take home huge salaries and do sh!t, else Cavani shouldn't be leading our attack.

You would need to borrow to sort out some costs because the option of reducing contracted expenses is not available. The pandemic has affected us.

That said, I do believe that OGS has spent close to 300m in 2 years, what else do you want the board to do? Give him another 200m? How many managers get to spend close to 300m in two seasons?

Lol, you are confirming my assertions. Mou used a worse squad and a shitty system to do something at Utd. OGS has a better squad but no system at all, reason he has not won anything despite spending a lot of money.

Everything (stats, underperformance of the team etc.) is a function of a manager that cannot or has refused to step up. I am not suggesting a Mou or LVG return to OT, but one of them would have won a spoon for Utd with this squad.

Pep Guardiola has spent close to £400m on his defence alone. If he buys a player and the player doesn’t deliver, he gets a replacement quickly. That is a manager that wants to win.

Pep signed Bravo to replace Hart. Bravo messed up, Pep didn’t wait to ‘develop’ him because he is not a school principal. He binned him after 12 months and signed Ederson.

It’s a winning mentality. Ole has spent £300m on the entire squad of which the overrated Maguire and the train wreck called Wan Bissaka are almost half of the entire total spent.
