Good day my Honorables.

Please I need your advice on which car to buy for e-hailing business. I'm having options of toyota corolla 2003 - 2005 model or Honda Civic 2005 - 2008 Model, though I'm tilting towards Honda Civic 07/08 model. Please which should I choose?, I don't Wana make mistakes.

Think of the resale value b4 you buy. The both car options you have are very very ok for the job, what ever option you end up with will never be a mistake apart from when you want to sell off the car then you'll understand what I'm trying to say

Toyota: good resale value and quick to sell off
Honda: poor resale value and longer time to get a buyer

Good day good drivers and owners over here, please Can one make profit if I drive from 2pm to 10pm on Sundays only. I have a very boring Sunday and would love to do something. I drive a 2013 toyota corolla. Which is the best platform? I don't intend to register on more than one of the popular 3.

Personally, I will go for the 2005 civic. It may not be rugged or reliable. But, it's CHEAP.
That's my first consideration when it comes to investing in ehailing.
If you can get one for 400k, fine and well. Overhaul it and you are good to go.

The car was developing too much faults...

Within the space of 3weeks we change;
Battery, 4-tires, radiator, refill AC gas, AC filter, 2 shaft (left and right legs, driver side dislocated in front of farmcity, Lekki ard 9:30pm), among others.

Time spent at the mechanic was more than time spent online working.

seems this car was never road ready to begin with. Once made ready it shouldn't be a problem. Lack of maintenance

Why not? Everyday u drive, u make profit that's If your car doesn't develop a fault.
On an average Sunday u can make 1,500/hour. The roads are free and ur vehicle will not consume all ur earnings on fuel. When I was still in paid employment I usually drive Saturdays and Sundays alone and I make 25-30k net.

The question is if what u will make as profit between these time frame of yours will be worth the while for u cos I don't think U can net more than 5k.

Register on Bolt and Uber to maximize your chances of getting trips.

Anyone among your options is fit...what will determine your final decision is ur budget or fantasy. If u have d money then go for d Corolla, or u add a little more and buy 2 Hondas. It doesn't make sense buying 1car for more than 2m for this business.

As per resale value, u buy high u sell high. Depending on d condition of the car

One bad experience doesnt make big daddy or Toyota a bad car for the hustle.

The thing is thing, after purchasing a car weather tok or 9ja used fix every dame problem the car has b4 giving it out to anybody for tje business. But some people would want to eliminate experience with ("I know it all"wink book.

You can't underestimate the power of experience. When I give my advice and suggestion and owner partner kicks against it I keep quiet and act I know nothing.

That is where the problem with that car started.
