Hello my fellow nairalanders.. Please pardon my English because I'm a dropout. My problem is that for over 8 years I've been smoking nonstop that I'm so addicted to the extent of not being able to eat ignite don't take a stick... I take 5 sticks a day just to eat and sometimes more than that in as much as I still see the weed.. When I started smoking I never knew I could get addicted to it this way. I've tried possible ways I could stop it but I just can't and I cacant, Ive not taken tramadol for my life despite hearing some people saying it gives joy than weed and I don't drink codeine or smoke cigarettes.. But I put the energy of the highness that I don't do in smoking Arizona and it is killing me inside which I know.. I actually don't believe it damages the internal organs but I believe if it gets too much to a certain stage you will be scared of it not passing beyond that stage and that's why I'm crying out now before I'm overly addicted to it. I decided not to smoke for the past two days but I've never been myself because my body is not just okay and I don't even understand how I'm feeling, I'm feeling slight headache, dull and I've wasted so much foods being cooked for me at home which I'm not happy with wheneve I tried disposing them off.. Now as I'm typing Ibe not eaten any good food because I seem not to be hungry and whenever I feel like I need to eat something then the idea of a soft drink comes to my mind and that's what I've been drinking for the past two days with just two balls of puff puff because if I buy plenty puff puff I won't be able to finish it and that's a waste again..the worst part of it is that I'm also addicted to masturbation and I want to quit it too.. To fight addiction of any kind, you can't just simply stop abruptly. The withdrawal symptoms will be too much for you to handle, only for you to go back in with full force. That is being too hard on yourself.
The best way to fight addiction is by consistent/continuous gradual withdrawals.
What does that mean? For example, if you smoked about five times a day, reduce it to four, then three, then two times and so on...
As for masturbation, stay off pornography of any kind, and try to keep your mind busy with positive thoughts.
Remember; you're the master of your mind and body.
Never allow your mind wander off.

With help from God, you can break free from any addiction.
If you're truly willing to let go of those habits, seek God's help, because on your own, it will not be easy.

Sorry if i made you feel scared ion mean to, i've been a victim of masturbation for years and i can tell you man that thing is really demonic cuz it's a Evil spirit. I call it an evil spirit cuz it possess you in such a way u can't control ur body anymore n when the urge comes u have no choice but to give in and then get back to ur normal self after the act n be like why do i have to do this. Over the years as i indulge in the act i noticed
