to be sacked is part of life and experience of a working life in an organization you do not own...unless you are working for the govt....threat of sack or actual sack is a daily routine in the private sector.....put all your job experiences/reference there especially if the sack was not caused my poor performance or stealing......

FUNNY THOUGH WE EMPLOYED ONE GUY IN SEPTEMBER AS A SUPERVISOR THEN SOMEONE SOLD HIM OUT TO US AND WE DID BACKGROUND CHECK AND WE FOUND HIM WANTING NAXO BABA TAKE COMMOT FOR WORK IN JUST 2 WEEKS OF WORKING, WHERE HE WAS COMING FROM 35K AND TRANSPORTATION TOOK BULK OF THE MONEY BUT OUR COMPANY DOUBLED IT WITH LESS TRANSPORTATION TO BE SPENT, I FELT PAINED THAT WHY FOR THAT GUY

Some people have stayed jobless more than 3 years. It is better to say you were not working than to say you worked at a place where you got sacked.

The new Employer will be interested in knowing why you got fired, and that may not get you the job.
