I suggest you look into the issue of multiple identity on this section.
It is abnormal to have more than one identity.If there's an issue with ones I.D,it should be resolved with the moderators rather than generating a new name!

May I suggest that you have a Better Business Bureau (BBB) section where client can file complain and contactor is given chance to defend themselves and a sort of verdict is rendered in favor of the client or the contractor. I am not a contractor but experience have taught me that many people want to eat where they did not sow both clients and contractors alike.
A good rating system also will help serious contractors stand out among the pack

The people committing frauds had 9 years unchallenged reign (I heard someone say 2012) they even had the freedom of maintaining multiple monikers and were allowed to operate freely. A fresh complaint was made about the old accused 24 hours earlier, it was ignored as usual, but as soon as one complaint was made about skimaski, two hours later, the moderator raised his hammer and is ready to strike? The speed of this reaction is suspicious indeed.

Does it have anything to do with the mod being yoruba and the first offender being yoruba, is this new found justice quest fueled by a need to punish the new accused because he is from a hated tribe?

I didn't even know the property section has a moderator all these while except when hajj mufutau55 moderated.
Like they say, better late than never. We should even have multiple moderators here like other sections.

This case is very different because it involves an elderly woman who was drenched in the rain because Skimanski collected money since last year and refused to pick his calls . The whole house is gone, electronics Everything . He was aware rain would fall. This job should have been completed since October according to the timelines he gave us . This is more than shocking because we got his contacts from Nairaland here and he dosent seem to care .
This is wickedness .
