Thank you for your response. *fingers crossed*

So far I don’t think it is possible to fast track with VFS.

Abuja office has been said to be faster with their processing unlike Lagos. Don’t know if that has changed now.
We have had varied processing times, 2 week to a period of 1 month.

Fingers crossed, your passport will get to you before your travel date.

Take a deep breath and relax, try to think of all the documents you uploaded on your client information. I can see they are flagging your client information, perhaps a document you uploaded.

Do you have an idea what " the Crown " relates to as they have referenced in their letter?

I would allow Frankrobbn1, Lekkiboe,Otunbatee, Justmellow and other gurus to give their guidance on this.

Good morning I'm a silent reader and I applied in November, I got this request letter from IRCC this morning don't know what it means I'm confused

Contact collection services with that application letter.
the letter actually told you what to do.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Celoexpress: 12:12pm On Feb 04, 2021
Okay, thank you sir.

I'll give it 2 weeks from now and not send anything to them then wait for what happens.

Frankrobbn1:

You're putting unnecessary pressure on yourself. Why not exercise a little more patience, and see if there will be any positive light from IRCC. Its true that your application has exceeded the standard processing times, however, always be positive about the process. I already advised you from the wisdom of my experiences on this thread for half a decade that "Recommend Interview" is not a death sentence and doesn't in any way have negative impact on your in progress application. As a matter of fact, the applicants I know with such eligibility assessment on their GCMS notes, have gotten approval, landed and began their studies in Canada. Due to the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic, IRCC do not conduct interviews whether for permanent resident application or work permit.

Take a chill pill for your application is in good condition and will be finalized in no distant time.

Let me know if you require further information.

It will end in praise

Good day all,

I'm Ajibola by name and I really appreciate what you guys are doing on here. God reward you all for the insightful contributions you all make in helping us navigate this process.

Please I have just been offered admission by Cape Breton University in Nova Scotia. Course is post-baccalaureate diploma in Supply chain management. Though I have ND in Banking & Finance and also BSc in Banking & Finance. I worked in the finance dept of my current company for a full calendar year in 2014 before going back to school, I return to the company in 2018 and I am currently working in the same finance dept.

I am being skeptical about my educational qualification and work experience and the Supply-chain course I have been offered. How would the VO view this application?

Then again the financial aspect of it, as for July last year, I really didn't have much in my main account, so some proceed came in and they were constantly in 7 digit up till last month, my account balance as of today 3 Feb is currently 9.2m, which I don't know if it will be sufficient? the inflow from August till now, could that be an issue? Kindly note all funds are legitimate.

I also have my late fathers properties which I have access to, also another property but jointly owned, a pension account, a mutual fund account with coronation merchant bank up till 2.5m.

What are my chances, I don't have a sponsor, I am all by my self.

Your advice would be highly appreciated

@Deepwater @olasubomy thank you guys and everyone I contacted someone at VFS I was told it's because the transaction no longer shows on their side that I have to pay another biometrics and study permit fee. So I will do that thank you very much.

You will receive notification by SMS from VFS Global when your passport has been returned back to VFS by IRCC and ready for pickup.

You can also track the progress of your passport online through the webpage of the courier you used to send the passport to VFS. What you would only notice on your GC Key is a counterfoil which indicates that your passport has been stamped.

Congrats.

Thank you very well. Exactly what I wanted to know

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Mmachisco: 2:12pm On Feb 04, 2021
Hello,
I stumbled upon this thread while researching about Canadian study permit. I've been reading and following for about two weeks. I'd like to ask a few questions and I'd appreciate it if anyone could help.
I'd like to know if it's compulsory to put my statement of account while applying. Igraduated 2016, Nysc 2017, became a jumia vendor for 2 years and presently not working but my parents are using my account as an extra account because of mobile banking as it helps them transfer funds easily instead of using cheque.
Also, I am 23 and would like to change careers. I applied for Bsc accelerated nursing into MUN and UPEI (studied biochemistry) which is 3 and 2 years course in both schools. Personally, I feel it's a good idea to change as I meet the perquisites for the course, however, while going through the last set of threads as regards this topic I noted where Frank was asking why he was applying for nursing after having a BSc in biochemistry and as such could result into refusal. So, I'd like if this could actually result into a refusal as I intend applying soon.
I'd appreciate it if anyone can help.
Thanks

Hi all,

Please is there any Quebec based student already in Canada planning to apply (or already applied/got approved) for SOWP for spouse and/or study visas for kids? I want to know if CAQ is required for minors (7 years old and 12 years old) and if yes, how to go about it. Please help if you have or know anyone who has direct experience or can recommend someone to contact.

Thanks for your response in advance.

CAQ is not required for SOWP application.
