I think the main problem is Spurs and of course Jose are over reliant on Kane. Kane is not only a striker but he's also their false 9, winger and deep lying playmaker all at the same time.

Its not wonder he's broken down.

We mentioned something like this some weeks back but some people thought we were saying nonsense. Nobody in that team can contribute a quarter of what Kane is contributing to the team the way its set up this season. And it will be difficult to get a replacement that can even do half.
