Sometimes you have to train the writer to become what you want. I am a writer for instance but i don't know much about academic writing. It all depends if you've got the time to train one for yourself anyway. But you could wait very long to get the perfect writer o. You can't get that to be frank. You always have to correct writers in one way or the other.

Most of these writers are M.Sc. holders, with a few PhDs. These are things they're expected to know. Besides, I don't even have the time to train anyone. As for the corrections, they're to deal directly with the client, so I can't be doing that either.

The truth is that, you won't get a good writer as long as your requirement is none to end. I am a graduate of economics and at the same time a research analyst, contributed to some publications. Personally, I cant apply for your job because of the way you structured your requirement even the remuneration is kinda shallow. No competent writer will want to work for such amount of money.

I know some good writers if the pay is good. A good place to get good writers is a university campus. Some place adverts at strategic locations,for others you have to ask around.

Being a social media platform is not an excuse for poor writing. As for the bold (It's not bolded like you wrote), I know what plagiarism is. I'm also familiar with plagiarism tests and scores, but what you wrote there, I cannot make any sense out of it. You look at it again. If you think it's okay, then we have a bigger problem.

You know these works vary. Sometimes, a client could need help with a 2-3 page assignment. If I go with your minimum and pay 50k. Let's assume the client paid 5k, where will the balance of 45k come from?

The other day after posting a vacancy with N1k per page, some guy came out from no where to complain that the pay is too poor. He went further to state that anyone with the qualifications I seek should contact him, that he'll pay N3k per page. Only for me to see a recent post in which the same guy was begging for a job that pays less than N500 per page.

Let's be reasonable for once, this is Nigeria where people can hardly afford to pay N1k per page to get a project written.
