Administrative review might take longer time but it is your best option cos that decision was harsh and unfair but if u can as well reapply all the same. Take Jan 2021 out of ur mind,go for September intake and I am certain u will get favourable answer

Please don't go to Teesside. They will collect your money without allocating CAS to you. Then tell you to wait after three months or more before you will get your fund back or their finance team will not even respond to you at all after payment.

Go to the UK government https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/collect and follow the instructions therein . When filling the form, you will see a box where you can post a comment. In that box, put 20 days chaser and your case would be treated as priority.
I had similar issues as yours but resolved after I escalated to every mail I could see. Luckily they all responded and assured me that it would be resolved.today I have my card after one month I entered the country.

Probably you’re not doing something right.

Don’t give up now. Do all your possible best you have nothing to lose now. Contact your school first and start from there, gather all your evidences and keep pushing till the end let no one dissuade you. Your testimony will come put it in the hands of God and let him work for you man. You will be victorious IJN

I know how hard I fought with the school before I got the CAS I used and school might have issues with CAS it weakens there license in some way

See you need to understand the administrative review well before you waste over 3month of your time.
If it was an error from the ECO they will granted visa but if not they will refuse.
The work of the person doing the administrative review is to check if the ECO called you not to start checking your call logs.
So think about it well.

my own little advice is defer your admission till September bcuz if your not granted visa even after administrative review your school will charge you for all the modules you have taken which might be very painful.

Go and read about your school refund policy well.

That's why I'm get an income call log history attached with my review and the emails I have made, this not my fault and knowing it's Nigeria he should have at least try to contact me by email, they made a mistake with time but I corrected them days before the interview, I mailed 3 hours after I didn't get the call I expected them to mail saying we could get to you provide a new details I guess, but I guess the escalation I made spooked him or her up with the letter, I'm just confused and sad

I am for September resumption, university of Hull. They are telling me they issue CAS around june/July. This doesn’t let one really utilize the early application within 6 months of resumption. What can one do?
