As a law abiding citizen , i can only follow the law, i mightn't like it though .

It's pretty pointless crying all over the internet about the crypto ban, we have bigger issues as Nigerians.
Technically they didn't ban it.
They just banned the exchanges from receiving Naira deposits.

Ownership and
Person to person transactions are still ongoing.

You don't ban stuff like this. You watch and wait and see how things go and provide govt regulation and policy as things progress.. Tomorrow if crypto becomes a major means of exchange in a digital economy, Nigeria will now be left behind. It's like saying you're banning the internet because some people are using it for Yahoo yahoo.

All theyre saying is all lies. No country has ever succeeded in banning crypto currencies because it totally distrupts the existing norms. UK, Canada, US, China, Russia etc with all their advanced technologies have not been able to ban it, is it Nigeria that is still crawling that will start with the idea of banning the future the entire world has embraced?

From the onset, the crypto industry and government and banks know they can never work together. Banks and governments across the world have tried and failed. Is it Nigeria that is still stuck with the old ways of doing things that will change anything?

Even Mastercard and visa are now supporting crypto and some people are doing everything on crypto now, totally leaving the traditional ways Central Banks create aside.

Thank God Nigerians are one of the very few super smart sets of humans in the world today - all thanks to the cruel economy they created. Let them block bank accounts, that will make the dark web more popular among youths.

There is nothing illegal with crypto, theyre only calling it illegal because they can't understand it nor shut it down.

The problem is tied to Nigeria being a single country. The population of the suffering youth is much. As Nigerians out of desperation and resilience learn how to break out of economic slavery by learning new technologies and deep thinking on new Ideas, the people on top have no any idea. Warren Buffett is their source of developmental ideas. They mentioned Christine Lagarde in the first CBN released statement .

On this post alone, CBN or government has about 10 accounts making foolish comments in support of the ban. Nigeria cannot run 24 hours economy. Most Industrial estates are partially dead. People are developing Global Virtual Economy, you want to monitor an inflow of $300 million weekly into the depressed Nigerian economy under Pandemic situation.

It is not internet complaints that will solve these problems, the youth must be determined to sacrifice to break this colonial imprisonment.
