You have done the right thing by applying for a review and hopefully they will rectify the error.

I am eligible for an application review. I have done that (Feb5) pointing out the issue backed with additional evidence. I have followed the thread and realised that the review can take up to 3months which gets me upset the more. My question is, will my priority service be considered for the review. Also, I have not gotten a mail to pick up my passport. Will I be contacted for it or until after the review?

My school used the wording "Student has been given an unconditional scholarship of £7,000" but wrote below the total tuition and amount I have paid.

I am not sure who to blame, whether the uni that did not put the discounted fee or the decision officer that chose to ignore the wording.

I am only hoping I can get review as soon as possible

Sorry about that. But did you include the scholarship letter document with your application?

Also your school should have just put the discounted tuition fee in CAS.

The reason prompted me to look at my CAS again to see if I missed anything. I noticed the stated sentence of the scholarship but then I now realised that maybe if the school had given a discounted tuition fee expressly, it would have been a different situation.

Paragraph 320 said deception is 10years ban but paragraph 9.7.1 didn't talk about ban and give right to administrative review.

People who were refused visa on paragraph 320 they have 10years ban on their refusal letter but for paragraph 9.7.1 they didn't write anything like ban

Is the ban for both?

Hopefully it works out well..... have you checked with the school if you resume late since AR takes ages , will your scholarship still be there .

This advice although late, I think for others , the scholarship letter should definitely be included even if it not listed on the CAS so that there no confusion

In such cases, I also like to add my own cover letter, stating it so that it very clear in my application from beginning

Easiest job to get during this pandemic is Care jobs and warehouse. Hospitality and d rest Don go. Hopefully if the Govt don comot the current lockdown, few jobs go still show face �

Guys, did the bank ask for original certificate for sighting before issuing Form A? If I don’t have an original certificate, how do I proceed with obtaining Form A?

Just click on the -paying your tuition- link on the website, you should see all the necessary information. Plus they have good scholarships.

Sorry....just woke up now and the cold hasn’t been fair with me.

At the POE;
I presented my CAS, Covid test, Admission Letter and Locator form print outs. The man looked straight to the Location form at first glance and asked me the address on it...(What address will you stay at for your first 10 days in the UK?) I told him my Aunty’s place and he asked who she lives with.
He asked to confirm my School name, location and course and how many years it is.
He was looking at me while I was answering the questions.

For residential and Home address, I put my Aunty’s address in UK but I think your Nigerian address should be there.
The main thing on the Location form they want to see and ask is ; What address will you stay at for your first 10 days in the UK?

Your discount is part of your payment. The visa attendant picked what you wrote. So sorry about this. Your cas is supposed to reflect it as your total payment (discount and your payment). If not, your school immigration person is at fault.

please guys from Lagos who recently landed what lab did you use? I heard several people have been deported because of the lab they used.

Your total paid should have been £14,600 with the balance as £9,400.
You'd have also had to indicate how the total sum would be demonstrated as paid and this should have been indicated on your application as listed on CAS (there's a part of the CAS where your scholarships, cash payments and outstanding balance should normally be indicated).

1. You could have included scholarship letter.
2. Your school should have put the total fees as 17300 pounds and not 24,300 pounds.

They should have discounted it themselves and reflected it in CAS.

The visa guys dont have time to read so dont just assume.

You should put all documents and explain it succintly in your cover letter. Your cover letter should be in front of your bank statement so they dont miss it.

Sorry to inform you that I am not a lecturer, but a Mother who want the best for her children and there's nothing you can do about that, when I am busy planning for my family, you are busy crying over my matter, go ahead, you can't go beyond this level
