I am trying to run from skrill due to the 2.5% deposit fee and 7.5% withdrawal fee... it is too much. See below the error my gpay keeps popping. note: i have tried with PC and phone via Google chrome and other browsers but still the same error 5 Likes

Ibk2020: Just asking because a single tesla share is quite expensive now. You have to acknowledge tesla is speculative. Last week would have been great to buy shares in tesla because it dropped to about 700 dollars from 800 due to the GME fiasco. Tesla is expected to break the 1000 dollar barrier this year, You know one can never be too sure. If I had the capital I would go for it. Don't expect dividends tesla is not a dividend stock. Make sure you apply due diligence. NB; I am not a financial adviser 3 Likes |

What Are Fractional Shares? A fractional share is less than a full share in a company. In other words, it’s a fraction of a share. For example, instead of purchasing a full share in a business, you could purchase 1/10th of a share, or .1 share in the business. There are a lot of benefits to fractional shares. One is that they make it easier for people to invest in companies with high share prices. For example, at the time of writing, a single share in Tesla cost almost $1,900. Without fractional shares, the only people who could invest in Tesla are those who can afford to put $1,900 into the company. The high share price also makes it difficult to invest a precise amount in a company. With Tesla, people could only invest in $1,900 increments, which would be annoying if someone wanted to invest a certain amount, like $2,500. Fractional shares let people purchase less than a full share, making it easy for anyone to invest in a company, regardless of its stock price. Fractional shares also make it easier for people to invest the desired amount in a company’s stock. How Investors End Up With Fractional Shares There are a few ways that investors can wind up with fractional shares. Buy fractional shares Though it was less common in the past, many brokerages now let their customers buy fractional shares. Instead of making people buy a whole number of shares, these brokerages let their investors invest in stocks based on dollar amounts, even if that means buying less than a full share. For example, an investor buying shares that cost $40 each could decide to buy $500 worth of shares. Without fractional shares, they’d buy 12 shares and have $20 leftover. A brokerage that lets them buy fractional shares would instead process the transaction, giving the investor 12.50 shares. Ibk2020:I dont know if Bamboo allow for fractional shares 1 Like 1 Share |

A proper answer to the bolded depends on several parameters that are specific to you. Things like your age, marital status, income, tax implications, objectives and risk profile among others determine an investment’s suitability for you. Ibk2020: I do not know your plan Why you in the market?. You have to have a strategy, are you an investors or a trader? This and many more questions you need to answer before i can possibly suggest a stock. Today's Lectures How do you do your “due diligence” when trading stocks? Many people have asked this questions on this thread What are fundamentals and stuff I should look in a stock when researching? How do you perform company analysis and stock valuation once you have identified an attractive opportunity? In this write up I hold nothing back and explain how I use my Five Step Research Process to perform company due diligence and stock valuation: The Five Step Research Process consists of the following steps: Step 1: Company Quality Assessment Company quality is based on the quality of the business, the management team and the balance sheet. Business quality: How structurally attractive is the industry? How strong is the company's competitive advantage? Is it getting stronger or weaker? Management quality: How competent is the management team at operations and capital allocation? How aligned are their incentives with the shareholders? Balance sheet quality: Is the balance sheet strong enough to withstand temporary adversity without the company being forced to raise capital on unattractive terms? Step 2: Analysis of Key Economic Variables This step aims to: -Identify the handful of economic variables that will have the greatest impact on the business’s long-term economics, and -Estimate a reasonable range of outcomes for each variable. Step 3: Financial Modeling The third step of the process begins where the second step ended. Having identified the key economic variables and a reasonable range of values for each, I use that analysis to model the company’s income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement, and then create three scenarios: worst case, base case and best case. Step 4: Valuation My basic valuation tool for stocks is the discounted cash flow model (DCF) of equity free cash flows forecasted in the prior step. I use the same discount rate – 10% – for all companies and all scenarios. The DCF can be an imperfect tool. A reasonable criticism is that it is overly sensitive to small input changes and to user manipulation of assumptions. To guard against these, I cross-check DCF-derived values against other measures such a valuation multiples (e.g. normalized P/E, EV/EBITA) and private market transactions. Step 5: Behavioral Checklist Before investment analysis is complete, I apply a checklist designed to identify things that I may have missed as well as behavioral biases that may have influenced my analysis. This is a dynamic list; it has been evolving over time, reflecting lessons learned from past mistakes made by me and by other investors. Doing thorough fundamental analysis and valuation work is an important part of any value investing process. The Five Step Research Process helps ensure a systematic and repeatable approach that helps minimize the impact of behavioral biases. 6 Likes |

What do you know about AMC? Tos87:Not should, why. Why do you want to do, what you want to do? Why? Stop thinking like an animal caught in a herd, and get back into an a-n-a-l-y-t-i-c-a-l frame of mind, of a man, worthy of the name, who has some God given common sense. Why do YOU want to do, what YOU want to do? Why? Why do you want to buy a business that is going LOSE -6.25 a share in earnings this year? Why do you want to buy a business whose bonds are priced BELOW junk level status? Why? Reasons come before answers. And you had better have a better reason than “because the stock is going up.” Make no mistake. The stock market is not your friend. It doesn’t give a shit about you. it is as pitiless as the ocean. There is no reciprocity here whatsoever. It should not matter to you if the game is poker, or chess, or Xbox, or stock picking. That which matters is to NOT play games in realms where other people have the aptitudes and you don’t. You are begging for losses if you step into those realms. Disclaimer: Nothing said by meshould be construed as financial advice, do your own DD/research. 11 Likes |
