Research have shown that 73% of recruitment take place at the beginning of the year, specifically between January and march the first quarter of business calendar.

But, I choose to settle for only one (1) of the job, that which gave me good work flexibility, relatively moderate pressure and best take home pay at end of the month.

At the moment I am privilege to be a member of the interview board in the company where I work and I have interviewed over hundred applicants.
