Good day all. I hope this meets you well. I have been an ardent follower of this priceless thread for years. So I decided to give it a go as Australia is doing pin pon with their border reopeneing. Please spare me sometime to go through the documents and information in my possession already and advise me in any way you can. Degree: BSc Physics and Astronomy (2013) CGPA: 4.06/5.00 IELTS: 7.5 Overall Work Experience: Insurance Company(2016-2018) Bancassurance(With a top leading bank 2018 till date) Please note that I worked at an Environmental consulting firm from 2014-2016. Though I don't have the employment letter with me as I lost it a long time ago. Travel History: Singapore 2019( For the Company's annual business conference. Sponsor: A long standing close family friend who was my late dad's apprentice. History of him taking care of the family after my father died can be found in my bank statement as old as year 2015 as he has been making constant huge and small cash deposits in my bank account. He owns a registered company and has up to 20-25 million in his bank statement together with various registered landed properties. He recently made cash deposits of 10mill(3,3,4) in my account using his name for my tuition fee and is going to make an electronic transfer of 10mill using his company's name, for my living expenses. My personal savings: I have a total of about 5 million in my other personal account. Family ties: I am the first of the three children my late father left my widowed mother with. I am the one paying their school fees, rent and other house expenses. Also, I have a fiance who I will legally marry once my Visa is out. Now, I am looking at going for MBA at Simon Fraser(2 yrs) or UNB(One yr). Of course, I intend switching course once I get there. What are my chances please? Thank you for your time. @Frankrobbn1 |

Baphil: Its only better and fair that these guys come out plainly to let people know whether the ielts is now compulsory in all aspect. If an applicant doesn't have the requirement for the NSE route, they should simply allow such person go through the normal route with a longer processing period. This is absolutely unfair na |

Did you mean to write May 2021? If yes, you are already running late. Start and finish today if possible!!! If 2022, I would advice you start gathering all necessary documents and apply by September to December this year. All the best 7COLOURS: 1 Like |

Goodday NL Transcript issue; I applied to University of Manitoba UG fall semester and I was asked to provide an official Transcript before july7. The issue here is NASU and SSANU are currently on an indefinite strike so the processing of the transcript is on hold till God knows when. Do ya'll think I should email the school telling them the current situation or I should wait till the strike is called off. Also, must the official transcript be provided before I can be given Admission or my application can be evaluated with the unofficial transcript and necessary documents I provided?? Please gurus in the house, help me out. 1 Like |

Teeebabyyy: I experienced this too, but had to wait till when the school was ready to send it..since the situation is beyond your control.. just mail the school and attach ny evidence that Assu n Sanu are on strike so they can give u an extensive date to submit which is unknown for now...also let them know you have unofficial copy.. Also you can get your school to stamp the unofficial with you( both school envelope and copy) then u can send it via dhl..I also did this too...mind you I have ND n Bsc |

Teeprecious:If your IELTS is still within 2years you can submit it along side your application with the ticket ID and password so they would know you are opting for the NSE route either General or Academic training is accepted!!! 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello People, I applied for a master's in 3 Canadian universities now and currently waiting for their favorable considerations of my applications but I'm disturbed if my current age could be a barrier. I'm 42 going to 43 now and not sure if I could scale this visa people hurdle. please, from the experience gathered so far, could anyone throw more light as regard age in this race. thank you. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Teeebabyyy: 1:04pm On Feb 12, 2021 |
Thank you for your reply, I have already uploaded the unofficial to my portal and it has been acknowledged by the school. I can't even get them to stamp my unofficial copy because the staffs are currently on strike and offices are locked. I had already paid for the processing of the transcript before the strike issue OtunbaTee: |

Hello 7COLOURS. Congratulations on your offer letter , have you been able to make the mandatory tuition deposit .. If so , did you use Flywire or western bank ?. Also , now should be the appropriate time for you to apply if you are going through the normal route that takes 15weeks. 7COLOURS: 1 Like |
