This is very normal in Nigeria. Corruption is endemic. That's why they appoints their sons and daughters to head oil corporations. Awarding contracts to their cronies is norm. Show me one governor or even a president that is not clannish and I'll tell you you're not in Nigeria. Politics is for the dogs while the few decent men we have are either aloof or displaced from participation. 6 Likes 1 Share |

This Makinde sef... So selfish and self centred Ordinary repairs of chairs in public schools he awarded the contract to himself even when party faithfuls bidded for it Collection of state revenue, he sidelined civil servants and gave the contract to his wife's younger brother, his Kalabari in-law lording it over Oyo indegenes His praise singers would soon go to BCOSTV to sing his praise and mount bill board on how he is the best governor in Africa . 19 Likes 1 Share |

The problem is not the World Bank contract! The problem is who's Contractor will be favoured! The Governors on one side AND The Complainant on the other side You will think they both do it for the benefit of Oyo State: NO! it's all about who gets the world Bank money! 6 Likes |
