When people see me they say I'm very quiet because if I start talking I don't know when I release info I should not release.
Other times someone tells me of something I told him/her and I will be like when did I tell u. It was that bad. I had to learn to stay quiet and try to answer questions I was asked.

Anyways, you want to convince everybody, you don't concede in your view, people misunderstand you and the fantasies in your brain.


When you want to convince everybody? That means you feel you argument is superior. First, you can't convince everybody. Next time just make your point and don't argue.

This is where your problem lies, you feel you know better and others know less. You don't what to shift in your opinion due to your "EGO". Is not Everytime you argue to win as it leaves you loosing such person. Learn to listen to others and understand their perspective. Don't listen to react but listen to understand.

For being misunderstood, try to understand others in your discussion.
Is not every talk you must put your mouth. Cultivate the habit of ignoring talks even if there are wrong. Don't try to spoil people's talk too

forced to be in a talkative group e.g on a long trip with colleagues.

Usually gossiping takes centre stage and the urge to contribute may become strong especially if you have some privy information.

So to prevent saying things I may later regret, I just put my earphones and drown out the discussion.
