Oga I beg no leave us for 9ja. Going to UK for school no be bad idea only if you have financial and other requirements. Getting a job after Post study is not automatic but you need to work for it. If you can raise as high as 4m,i don't see that happening because you need to pay school fees and keep living expenses in your account.
Check 1st page on this forum, cari your calculator and see if you can struggle to get the required money. Check some cheap University within your budget so you can cut your coat accordingly to the materials you get. Stay Bless

well I left Wednesday via Abuja and i saw BA bounce people with kids between 5-10 years old with my own eyes o.
So na advise I de,I no force my opinion

kids under 11years ate exempted from the test.BA does not require it and heathrow no dey check any under 11 kid at all.just the parents and any kid above 11.

Did Covid test at 02 medical diagnoses, Amuwo branch.
The flight was BA yesterday's 9th February and got her4.50 am today. It was a long and tiring queue at the border..
Questions asked:
Passports requested
Who is the student? Hubby
Do you have your CAS: yes, soft copy and showed them from my hubby's email
Covid test result and locators form and that was it...
They drilled several Nigerian, some with study visa

But I give God all the glory.

On our passenger locator form, we filled in my bro in-laws address in Essex and states that we would leave to 7 days after the 10 days quarantine.

The final destination is Scotland

Hopefully things gets better. I can't really speak for SHU when it comes to admission.

Admission varies from department and course. But you can start expecting your offer after two weeks or within two weeks.

As for initial deposit I can't speak for them as well but I paid £1000 as my initial deposit and there was a discount as well. I don't know if it will be different in Sept 2021.


Payments will be stated on your offer letter.

Bradford is an affordable city and the university is just 2-3mins walk to city centre, there are student accommodations around the university and post codes like BD5 and BD7, student jobs are not difficult to get though with covid it will be difficult to get a job, you can also look for job in Leeds which just 20mins away by train and much lively and developed city than Bradford.

That area of the university is very very lively and busy because of the university and college there and also a good number of night clubs.

U can compare the tuition fee and their payment plan ,that will guide you to know WC one to go for. Bradford is a good place and affordable as well,I don't know abt Middlesbrough

Let say your Tuition fee is 12500 for the whole duration.

You will have to pay 1000 to get CAS. So you left with 11500

You will have to pay 5250 before Enrollment to complete your first installment.. which means you have paid 6250.

So the balance of 6250 will have to o be paid 4months after enrollment to compete the whole Tuition fee

If you can see a 2 bed with 2 double rooms then maybe it can be manageable because you can fit a bunk bed at one end and a single bed at another end. Although tight with wardrobe but possible . If you put a double bed instead of bunk that then 3 boys sleeping on one double bed can be tight sha

But a good number of 2 bed have a double room for the parents and a small box(single room) as the second bed. Its almost impossible to sleep 3 in a single room. In africa it not a big deal but here it can be classify it as over crowding if any of the boys is over 10 years . ....I belive that why

So if you insist on 2 bed then check that the 2 bed has to be 2 double rooms
