OtunbaTee: Thanks otumba. Am building that too. Don't want to leave any part of the application open for doubt for the VO as this is my first time. That's why am taking my time. When am done with my SOP, will be much happy to get a review of it by gurus in the house. 2 Likes |

Qcanvs38mimi: It's for my wife actually. Yeah, she received email that the passport has been dispatched from IRCC to CVAC. And counterfoil was updated today. Sent to Abuja on 26th Jan. Received at CVAC, Abuja on 28th Jan., and it was sent to IRCC, Abuja that same day. |

Esom16: This is impressive. We can all learn from this. Shoot your shot especially when you know you had a strong and airtight application. 3 Likes |

Rootiab: I don’t think it has anything to do with being nice. She probably gave an airtight application and concrete reasons which made t m review her application. She probably got points for taking initiative too. If her application was poor or not up to t he if standards, she would have definitely gotten another no. 1 Like |

jimikata: Wow. Sorry about that but it’s good you asked them. Now you know what went wrong and can be proactive in your next application. I think you should tell them yes. Use the school as your backup. In the meantime apply to other graduate schools. Or apply for winter session if it’s available. 2 Likes |

Ketima:Okay bro..but pls, incase of that study leave, can someone use only payment voucher as proof of payment of salaries or u have to show bank statement for salary? why I asked is we were paid in cash for monthly salaries and our salaries ain't that regular too..it's a private school organization. To make things clear, I did educational management during my degree days in which I graduated Dec 2017 and I did my nysc October 2018 and finished October 2019..so..I applied for Post graduate certificate in Human resources management..now I'm still on my SOP..it's the home ties of a thing that is giving me little issue for now |

Pls as I am preparing to apply for my study permit, I am traveling with my Husband and son, so how do I apply, pls I need to be guided, is the application going to be together as a family, pls candid responses Gurus, I heartily appreciate you all. Cheap schools, schools easier to get admission without IELTS will be preferable. Kindly Advise. Msc preferable. |

anungangampu: If there is an issue they would have told you. when i did mine in Abuja, IOM didn't mail me but they called to inform me that my result has been sent to the embassy. like 2wks later, my medical was updated to passed. Besides, i don't think HIV is an issue but TB is an issue. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Ketima: 9:05pm On Feb 17, 2021 |
Olayibo1: Ok. For mine, there was no pay slips, but salaries were paid into account from the companies account, so it will show in my SOA, and again, I saw comment somewhere, the person made comment about using voucher (or payroll or so. Can't quiet say) as proof too. But I don't know the validity of that. |

jimikata:Ask them if you reach out to you references, and they get the references done, will your opening be considered for 2021........since that's the session you applied for, from their response you decide what line of action to take. Either apply elsewhere or if you're contented with 2022 opening, but that's a long way off. Give it a shot, request to be considered for this year. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by deommanuel: 9:45pm On Feb 17, 2021 |
Ketima: Hello Ketima Yes please. Include the birth certificates. For the financial aspect, can you include your in-law's CAC and other business documents(tax clearance and the rest) if it's a registered business? It's gonna be necessary to show that the source of income is legal and sustainable. You can also add the Documents you've included. GOODLUCK! IT WILL END IN PRAISES! |
