For those that are planning to exclusively breastfeed, what are you getting to make it easier.
Yes, exclusive breastfeeding is cheaper but not totally cost free. You cannot constantly be with your baby for 6 full months. That's the big mistake i made when I had my first child.
I couldn't even step out to buy pepper without him strapped to me cos as a JJc I didn't know I could get some stuff to help breastfeeding easier

This list will help you as an intending EBF mom know what to budget into her plans and why she needs it.
1. A good breast pump.
This is very important because there are days when you will be too tired to put baby to breast. Having a good pump will ensure that you have a steady supply of milk.
For example, if you're going to an interview the next day, you may decide to pump in the night before. Or if you're not feeling too good, you may pump and keep for dh or mil to feed baby while you take a nap.

2. A pumping bra.
This is a bit different from your regular nursing bra.
Whats the essence? A pumping bra is made in such a way that all of your boobs is covered and you don't have to be exposed. So you can pump in a corner of your office when your boob gets heavy or in your car when your baby depletes his milk at a party.

3. Storage cups and/or milk bags.
Both are good but milk bag can allow you to store in the freezer for much longer. So for example if you have exams and need to leave your baby for like a week, you can actually pump enough milk and store in these bags while you travel for your exams. It could even be an hospital stay or a trip with your friends or even let me burst your head, your older than 6m old baby can still use the milk even till up to 2y. So even after you wean your baby from bfeeding, baby can still drink the stored milk months later.
Cups on the other hand are great for sharp sharp use. If your baby will be in day care but you want her on ebf, then get these cups to store the milk. But you may need to get an ice pack and cooler bags to go with it.

4. Feeding bottles.
If you will be pumping, you'll need bottles.

5. Breastpad.
Ebf moms lactate more. Any tap or touch on the breast can sensitize the nipples and get your milk out. Even sth as simple as wearing your bra. Lol.
I always advise you get at least a pack of washable Breastpads for the day the disposable ones will finish and no where to get a pack fast enough.

6. Silicon milk collector is a must have.
This can be placed on the other breast when actively breastfeeding with one breast. When both boobs are full, there is a high probability of milk let out to occur when you are bf. Just place the milk collector over the breast to collect all the foremilk which is more like water for the little one.
A lot of women have also confirmed that it serves as a type of pump, with one of my most recent customers confirming that it helped more than the electric Breastpump she bought elsewhere.
