There are occasional losses but the earnings are almost irresistible. For instance, bitcoin, the flagship and most capitalised cryptocurrency has gained 210 per cent in capital appreciation in the past three months. As of press time, the year-on-year appreciation was about 400 per cent.

In the past year also, Ethereum, the second leading coin, gained 790 per cent. FTX Token, another leading coin, has also gained over 700 per cent. Some cryptocurrencies have recovered over 1000 per cent, while the least performing tradable assets have recorded at least 300 per cent appreciation.

This abracadabra is what I dislike about those crypto currencies.

“How much would you have gained in capital appreciation if you invested in the capital market in the past one year,” Gideon Awoyemi, who plays in the global market actively, asked.

At least, you know that you contributing to the growth of real economy that deals with physical goods and services. But with crypto currencies, it is about rising false values

The idea is to keep you impoverished so you can be easy to tame and controlled. A poor man is easy to control

But Nigeria should have learnt its not possible after experimenting it on Igbo's after the civil war

They held Igbo's down and Igbo's immediately dispatch themselves and seek alternative ways to survive beyond expectations

Naija banks and their father CBN deserve to suffer. BDC will suffer too. I know our Hausa/Fulani brothers that dominate BDC will fight crypto with everything they got. Our banks are over-profitable. They keep piling up people's savings but they rarely give out loans. So, what is their purpose? They don't take risks like their counterparts in advanced nations.

The only downfall to crypto now is volatility. It can lose 20% value within 2 days. It volatility will reduce when everybody embraces it and when big trades are exchanged in it

As a young investor, be SMART and not GREEDY, 15%-20% is a good PROFIT but if your fundamentals & DD are good, you can hold for as long as you wish.

In addition, I have been learning and still learning, here are few I learnt

- The success or failure of a trader depends on his/ her EMOTIONS

- You are RESPONSIBLE for every trade
- Plan a trade and trade a plan

- Know your entry and exit plan & reason for such trade

- Do not make a decision or trade in the spur of the moment because your sense of judgement is beclouded

- Impulsive trade are very dangerous

- Have a limit to the amount you can risk in a trade i.e. avoid risking more than a certain percentage on your capital e.g. if you started out with $1000, do not risk more than a certain percentage determined by YOU on a trade

- Learn as much as you can, ask questions

- Do not get GREEDY to trade

IF YOU'RE IN THIS GROUP RIGHT NOW

I say again, count yourself Lucky

*WHY??*

*1).* You need to be knowledgeable on Cryptoc trading especially in this period where economies are fluctuating and close to unbearable.

I'll guide you through how you can open your own Binance account so you don't get into problems!

Since this policy came in vogue fact is that those that have Cryptocurrencies are finding it difficult to withdraw.
To get a P2P is not easy either.

For instance, av been trying to cash in some 140k to pay my children's school fees.
This has been difficult. The P2P I got said he'll pay me 123k ($450 rate).
This is frustrating.

Do we have anyone here who needs to deposit to his wallet?
We can complete this deal?

NB: Further to its earlier communication that dealing in Cryptocurrencies or facilitating payments for Cryptocurrency exchanges is prohibited, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has in its letter with reference number BSD/DIR/GEN/LAB/14/001, dated February 5, 2021 directed that all banks, non-bank financial institutions and other financial institutions should identify persons and/or entities transacting in or operating Cryptocurrency exchanges within their systems and ensure that such accounts are closed immediately.

In line with the CBN directive, kindly note that any account identified as transacting in or operating Cryptocurrency exchanges within our system will be closed immediately.

I have a challenge. I need solution.
I want to withdraw from my wallet to pay my children's school fees.
They said the only way now is P2P.
I don't have anyone. The only help I got was hoping to do so at a huge discount.

What do I do?

How do I get this 160k I want to use in paying my kids school fees.

The school authorities have been patient enough.
