Good afternoon house, I have a question to ask.

For those that got NSE request, did eligibility review start on your application before you got it or you got it without it.
for me the morning I got nse, it was that moment my eligibility review started

Hello Metari1,

IRCC themselves don't abide to their own rules. If you should decide to place close observation, many already travelled students has their admission letters station Online.

As long as the program originally isn't online, I don't see any issue here, if asked at the POE, the onus is now on you to be bold and proffer intelligent responses. I know of someone that travelled in early January and the mode of study in the LOA was Online when literally, it's suppose to be In-person.

As tweeted this week by IRCC, International students enrolled in a recognized DLI or has been approved can now study abroad until December 31, 2021 and still be eligible for the PGWP.

Though on their website, the above was also acknowledged, but with a specified date as tweeted by them.

Best of Luck

Hello JustMellow,

Thank you for sharing insights, duly noted.

God bless you.

There is a limit placed on foreign transaction now with Naira card you can only do $100per day maybe you would have to use a Dollar card to do the transaction

Hello Everyone,

Please advise as regards my intent.

I applied for SP in July 2020 to study HCA(UnderG Cert)and was refused based on Family ties and Purpose of study. I opted for this program based on my knowledge that I can't do Masters (Finished with 3rd class).
After so much research, I found a course - Communicative Disorder Assistant, which is a 1year Post graduate certificate. P.S I have a BSc in Psychology.( Admission requirement is to have a degree in Social science, Human anatomy, etc.)

Please advise if I need to refer to my program of choice in the previous application when writing a SOP in this new application OR I should just write my SOP based on the new program and an LOE that I had previously applied for a course.

Thank you.

Most times what you see on your application status is not cast in stone.

I submitted the NSE documents on Feb 2 and review of additional documents started Feb 5.

Note that my eligibility review has not started but my spouse's and daughter's eligibility review started on Feb 11.

Like some had confirmed here that their eligibility review or review of additional documents didn't change before they got PPR so you cannot be too sure that nothing is happening in the background. grin

Hello Bebe123,

I really don't think a Deed of Gift is the best approach for an applicant as young as 18 in lieu, the funds can be referenced to property sales, loan repayment etc.

It is difficult and not certain to say what the VO may likely request for, especially when it concerns POF.

If your mom isn't financially buoyant or have up to about 5m readily available, she can act as a cosponsor and her friend can as well pass as your auntie if there will be documents at your disposal to back the claims.

Since, your level of study is UG, you will be needing more convincing to do in regards to your POF because UG study level can be financially demanding. It will make so much sense to offset the first year tuition and have your LE readily available.

In the light of the financial situation of your mom, you can opt to use a close family member as your sole sponsor if the person can reliably demonstrate financial commitment toward your oversea study.

Best of Luck

Thank you so much. God bless you.

Maybe you will need to travel down to Nairobi Kenya to just sit and talk with them . I guess that will solve the endless waiting instead of asking here we self don't know the way they work we self wait noni so wait till you get response whether you are anxious or not or asking or not it still doesn't change anything haba Rootiab nah wah oooo
