I and my girlfriend have been together for close to 3 years now. So on valentines day she was In school. She schools in oghara (I was supposed to go meet her but I couldn't). Dat day something just told me that she wasn't at home. So I called her on WhatsApp call, she told me she was at home sleeping and she just woke up. I said OK. As we were talking it seems nepa took light and I heard a noise of a ceiling fan. (her fan at home has fault and wasn't working. She said she doesn't have money to repair it now). So I asked her wat was making Dat noise. She said the noise is coming from outside. Then I knew she wasn't at home. I told her to switch to video call lemme just see her face. She ended the call and called me back about 5 minutes later on video call but this time she was outside. Then I told her to turn d camera lemme see her compound. She refused. Then I told her she wasn't at home. She said she was that I was just looking for quarrel. After much argument she told me she went out with some of her neighbors. I asked her where she went. She said why would I ask her that she's not a child. Besides her friends go out and nobody questions them. She refused to tell me she was. So I called her friend and asked her. Then to my surprise her friend to me that they left for warri since morning. She was like didn't my babe tell me. I was like no she didn't.
So I called my babe and told her I know she's in warri. She was quiet. So I asked her where she was in warri. She refused to tell me that I should go and ask her friend. She was angry that why should I go and call her friend that I should delete her friend's number. That no matter what she won't tell me where she is and she won't apologize because she didn't wrong me. She said I was the one who wrong her by trying to find out where she was from her friend. I was really hurt. Because she obviously did wrong. Even her friend told me that she was wrong. But she refused to admit to her mistake or apologize for it. So I told her the relationship will end of she doesn't tell me where she went and if she doesn't apologize. After much pressure from her friend. She finally apologized. But deep down I know i can't be with this type of person and looking at my options already

That's how she behaves, she doesn't know how to apologize, she has anger issues, she doesn't admit to her wrong doing. She doesn't even want to listen to my own Decisions. She's too stubborn for me. So right now the relationship is shaky because I have decide I can't marry someone who can't submit to me as a wife.


So was I wrong to call her friend when I found out she lied about where she was. (she said since I knew she was lying I was supposed to just take it like that and ask no questions).

She obviously wants an open relationship, not one where you monitor each other. If you can't deal with that, leave. No be by force
