bruh I think he was already transformed there...the part wher Zero froze his blood and stabbed him with it..there was a previous cut that showed him on fire of sorts I believe that was his resurrection

Bi-Han, the bad Sub Zero killed Hanzo Hasashi.

Hanzo Hasashi resurrected as Scorpion and killed Bad Sub Zero in revenge.

Younger brother to Bad Sub Zero later became the new Sub Zero, and unlike his brother, he was honorable and kind. He was good Sub Zero.

Later, Scorpion and Good Sub Zero became allies.

Meanwhile,Bi-Han, the bad Sub Zero is resurrected as Noob Saibot.
