Ne3xt please contribute as well as other likeminds here with knowledge in this areas.

I am about to open a discussion with a welder and if i have a basic understanding of the materials and cost estimate it will enable me have a quality negotiation with the welder.

Concerning your question the difference between tower and thick imported is that tower is stronger than thick imported but both of them does the same work like wise the price differ tower material price is higher than thick imported

As for the transportation if the work is much we can get the materials around that place and fabricate it at your site and install it there so if we are to buy the materials here in Lagos the money for transportation to that place will be much

Getting good water is not easy in that areas though but even at that 350k is too much.

I lived and did a lot of projects in that area for years.

+/- 200k or max 250k should give you something good depending on the terrain. The land is marshy swampy land and it requires depth in some areas.

I’ll get a more realistic figure from my contact in Cooperative Villas

kasumu estate is the route to the new tarred road in tipper garage when coming from new garage by your left before u get to taska, It's very popular. I don't know akuru cos I am not based in ibadan I just come and go.
