With upper credit in HND, I would say yes for master. But it's also depends in which course.
I would also suggest only university of Cyprus.

Reasons 1: it's the number university in south Cyprus

Reasons 2: it's government university.

Reasons 3: getting fully scholarship or partial scholarship is easy.

Reasons 4: I am trying all my best to build a good reputation with the professor and department that would made it easier for all Nigeria applicant.

Try to have 1000 Euro for accommodation and feeding for 5months

Tuition fees which was 10,000 Euro but I was given 70% scholarship, so you would need to save 1500euro

With this, it will help me manage it you get job, once you get job, trust me 75% of your problem is solved, am talking from experience.

Honestly, working with european or In an european entity is the best .
They care more about your health or wellbeing. Just make sure you re honest
