Things were peaceful back then . No ballot snatchers, no political thugs, no intimidation by security agencies, no agberos, our youths were not malians, no shekau and boko fear, no kidnappings etc. Looting was even frowned upon back then unlike now that people join politics mainly to loot.

Even the ladies were well covered up unlike our naked ones today that made some men mistakenly through their votes in the wrong ballot while looking at them and their shape.

If Nigeria can ever be like this again, then the youths have a shot at leading this country like these people did when they were youths and refused to leave.

Each state in Nigeria has people with Jakande's character, unfortunately no one notices them until they're dead - just like now sings Jakandes praises after he died yet never acknowledged him while alive.
