They even hunt for it near stream or inside under ground tank.

As for the periwinkle (isam) wu nu choice ya...I like his contentedness and confidence... In displaying the meal..ihe o riri here wu pure balanced diet o...It can cost u real cash in Chinese restaurant.

A likiri m isam o...I enjoyed it when I was in akwa Ibom and abia state...Fisher man meal.

Even fresh crabs in okra soup.....heavenly...

So today I came up with a new recipe in my waterside kitchen. Here with me, I made a delicious meal using noodles with frog meat and fried Tilapia fish together with periwinkle, carrot, unripe tomatoes onions and fresh pepper.

Procedures: I steam my periwinkle with a sauce and kept it separate, I steam my frog with pepper onion, salt and maggi, kept it seperate. Boiled my indomie and filter it . Then I added my carrot unripe tomatoes onion pepper and and spices and steam frog then turn it and steam it for 2more mins.I fried my TILAPIA fish and ripe plantain. Then dish everything inside the plate. That's how I arrived at this result below. Thanks and feel free to join me

I heard frog is nice, esp the laps. Can you describe the taste better?

Also, how did you hunt the frog? Why do you live by the waterside, isn't it dangerous with snakes etc?

You know, my father told me that what made Igbo people to turn to frog meat was because of The Biafran war when there was scarcity and no food going into the country. people had to turn to alternative means to get their protein. My only problem is that Biafran War ended 50 years ago
