You are close to making some sense with your post. Pls explain further, dont speak in parables

alright its like this brother, this is a matrix of sorts and spirits in the matrix are electromagnetic energy that carry past life karma. so to cover up this energy we put a human body on it but you are not your body. the electromagnetic energy and its karma controls the human body and moves it around to where it has to go. and so in that there are no coincidences at all. and so if yu understand the cosmic order of things, these electromagnetic energies if born in the southern hemisphere for the most part if they leave their territory will be transported to the northern hemisphere for prison purpose. its an affliction and imprisonment of the soul. these are esoteric and biblical concepts. you go up north for prison and affliction.

and so if your spirit is moving you to canada then more than likely you are going to make it into canada and more than likely you are going there to suffer. DEPRESSION, LONELINESS, HEAVY BILLS, RACISM, SECOND CLASS CITIZEN, INHUMANE WEATHER, MENTAL DISEASE, AFFLICTIONS, MISFORTUNE, POVERTY, FINANCIAL STRUGGLES ETC ETC. and these things while they look like everyday struggles are actually your karma playing itself out. hope that makes sense

You are welcome sir. I didn't say you should leave your children behind. I meant that your wife can be studying while you are running your business in Canada also. Car business will need a lot of traveling even in Canada I believe. You may need to drive 7 hours or even take flight inside Canada for you to check out cars.

If you put your wife as a primary appliant, that means she is the one applying to school. Ofcourse, all the other member of family will be attached to the primary appliant (you or your wife). If you have enough fund, all of you can go to Canada at once. During the visa processes, you have to show enough money that will be enough to take care of your family during the studies.

Yes of ofcourse, at this age, think about diploma course(s) that you can marry with your several years of experience you have had in business if you are the one applying to school.

Here is a link that you can use to familiarize yourself with schools offering diploma courses in Canadahttps://www.google.com/amp/s/www.academiccourses.com/Diploma/Canada/amp/.

When you see courses that arouse your interest, you can click the 'see more' button and look at the name of school offering the program. Contact the school also via the contact button. Most importantly, google is your best friend and make use of travel section on Nairaland. Arm yourself with information.

Go to study in Canada section and start asking questions there. It's a long shot but create time to read and thats how you will empower yourself with the knowledge you need. You need to familiarize yourself with this process, when you have a better knowledge you can now use a very good agent for your visa processes. A family of six need an expert. But be careful and get a good and reliable agent.

https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled read the process here. You must have bsc to qualify, these days you need diploma and masters too. Its points based. At 40 you have lost almost all points for age and cant meet the required score unless u do those things i listed. You can try study route is you have the money
Please I went through nothing to show for those who are almost 40 or 40 yet. Please point us to that direction will appreciate.

What is your reason for the relocation since you are doing fine here in Nigeria
mindgamers:
Hi guys, please I want to know the procedures and the type of visa i can possibly secure to relocate my family and I to canada. (4 kids). I'm a clearing and forwarding agent and also sell car , my education : diploma in a university but can't even find my cert anymore, lol . so let's say a wasce holder, I've got a good POF with steady inflows , bond cert, treasurybill certificate, MMF cert, house certs . My wife is also a wasce holder.

No travel experience before, what is my chance of securing visas for my family and what type of visa can I possibly get with my educational and occupational levels , I've been self employed since I left school some 20 years ago . I'm not really looking forward to work in Canada persay but to continue my auto trades which I believe will sustain me and also give my kids a good startups.

kindly help out, gracia.

This is the best route to take and you can process it yourself as well without the help of an agent. Just google all the requirements

study route is your best option. let your wife apply for 2 yrs diploma. course. if admitted u will get av work visa and ur children will be able to go to school. after her 2 years she will have 3 yrs to work in d profession she studied. thats 5 years for u to process your PR. except your village people are against u, u shouldn't have any issue becoming a canadian citizen

@mindgamers

I hope you are not playing with our minds. smiley

Just kidding.

This man @Gokoyer has given a very good advice.

Alternatively, your wife can go along with study route and after a year, she can file for spousal visa for you & a visiting visa for the children.

With this, you can work full-time without restrictions while your children enjoy the numerous benefits that come with it like free education, free health care etc.

Your wife stands a better chance of getting the study visa because she can prove home ties (since yourself & your children would stay back for awhile) which is the one of the key reasons prospective international students are denied study visa.

Study route is your sure bet.

Goodluck!

I'm 40 years, does that mean people of my age cannot relocate with family easily? going through extra diploma, will that qualify me of taking my family along? must everyone that travel to canada for a permanent stay write those exams: tef, ielts and must one possess a bsc cert before you can apply for permanent stay? thanks. I really need answers on how to go about this.

Unfortunately you can't do the Canadian thing, reasons why;
1. Your age is beyond the prime productive years (as deemed by the CIC list)
2. You have no academic skills that can fetch you points
3. Your spouse too has none

You can't even go through the study route...
So it's a very thin line.

The only migration options for you and your whole family ( if you can cope with language) are Mexico and Brazil.

If its your destiny to be in canada you will be there, and since your spirit is pushing you towards canada it means its your destiny so yu will make it. but keep in mind being pushed to canada by your higher-self most likely means you are going there to suffer and be destroyed. you have to remember that people from the southern hemisphere go up to the northern hemisphere to serve spiritual prison time. and so you are most likely going to canada to get afflicted because of bad karma you are carrying

its like in the bible. you go up north to prison ( spiritual prison and powerlessness and affliction and suffering and loneliness and strife and being worked to death and HUGE BILLS )

The fear of "Canadian experience" is the beginning of wisdom. Half of people wishing to migrate to Canada has almost zero knowledge of what's going on there.

As good as it sounds, the grass is NOT always greener at the other side. I wish you top luck.

The people that migrated there are not doing any good to the whole Canada brouhaha either. They keep on basking in the euphoria of everyone hyping Canada without saying the negatives and struggles. Right within them, some realised they made a wrong choice, some realised they were actually better off in naija...alot of sad tales from some but they find comfort in the whole Canada hype feeling special and thereafter return to the harsh Canadian hussle.

Just a free advice, if you are well established in naija, remain as the lion you are in your territory..maybe you could process the Canadian citizenship for the benefit of dual citizenship....but if you have little or nothing, you could try Canada...begger no get choice

Machant:
Stop misleading people, a lot of people I know are there and are doing very well. Their average citizen is far better than the people you call rich living in Lekki phase 1 and 2.

Another thing you must know is that, Canada requests for skilled workers because they are certain these are the people that their country will favor because their system is designed for people to do jobs within some certain skills that can boost their economy.

Lastly, you need to realize that there are certain people based on their age because they would be able to work and earn more which will boost return tax payment for their citizens who are jobless.

More like, people working will pay tax the government will ise to feed and cater for jobless Canadians and orphans.

That's why it's a win win both ways...

You are like the half of the people I earlier referred to, who have zero experience of the happenings in the western world. Before you migrate, you need to do a thorough research of your desired destinations, that will help you to have a managed expectation.

If you are "skilled" as you think, then apply for jobs from Nigeria, get the job and migration will be easier. In Canada, if you are not strong willed, you will be frustrated because most employers will not hire you because don't have what they refer to as "Canadian experience". Most people out there are just getting by and by Canada standard, they are regarded as "poor" because of their earnings.

I advise OP to research very well based on his current circumstances. Canadian Govt won't provide jobs for you, once you get there you are on your own and it's expensive to live in. When you research, and plan, you won't have exaggerated expectations and you know what to expect at every stage. That will help your sanity out there , trust me.

Know the circumstance of who is advising you. Someone who is lowly paid or have zero income in Nigeria but migrate to Canada is not in a position to advise someone working in a multinational company that wants to migrate. What represents "fulfilment" and "happiness" are NOT the same for the two of them. One will be fulfilled earning money as a dishwasher while the other will be frustrated being exposed to the same job. To every one, his own.
