I don’t understand the last paragraph, what if I’m not the owner of the car, will the name on the tinted and doctor’s report be that of owner’s name or mine?

Pls more explanation

Yes sir, name on Tint permit will be owners name...therefore its d owner that will get medical report to cover the tint permit. Although medical report isn't very necessary...I only encounter police asking for medical report when I travel towards Benin. Within town Tint permit alone suffices but just note that u can meet the mad ones in town too.

What if they check the Driver’s license and the name doesn’t tally with the medical report.

Driver's license means permit/license to drive. It's not related to tinted permit.

There's no law against driving a tinted car that is not yours.

Go to Police HQ near High Court, Ikeja GRA
Price is 10k
U will need medical report for ur eye sight too, some police men on the roads are crazy.
NB: name on Permit and Medical report must match name on car documents.

Hmmm... What if I bought the car from someone and still using the previous plates and documents?

That was how I pick this girl from BERA estate to phase 1.
Immediately I picked her up I knew there'll be problem cos she was just nagging and talking to me anyhow, I just kept my cool.
Immediately we got to agungi girl just vomited in car and was lying she's sick even when I could smell alcohol.
Girl became so humble and apologetic. Me asking myself "so you have this calm voice since and you were doing rubbish".
I had to let her go with her wahala after apologising.

Lolz...so u show am ur red eyes, well done. Personally I don't think Indriver riders deserve AC sha, except the trip is worth it. U can't pay peanut and expect premium service. So I put of the AC if its not convenient. If I enter 2hrs traffic like ikorodu side or island-mainland bound traffic am turning off engine, I will not even give u explanation.

Just like name on drivers licence doesn't have to match name on car papers...the Tint permit is a car document not a drivers document. Therefore, it must match with the other car documents.

This is a serious case o...Police must not know u bought the car. So be careful, if u have bought a car and previous owner gave u plates, and u r using it like that just be telling police when they ask that its ur friends car or that u are a driver or something, also, tell d previous owner to collaborate ur story. Cos if u r traveling, highway police can be critical to want to call d number on the car licence to confirm the person gave u the car.
If police finds out u r d owner but haven't done change of ownership na office they go open for ur head.

So for your Tint permit, u must still use the previous owner to run it if u aren't ready to do change of ownership.

My advise is do change of ownership and get your own plates...I know its expensive, but it will save u alot.

Yeah Doctors report is nesseccary if it is not factory fitted, I have tinted permit and doctors report intact, it doesn't expire, is a one off thing. I am removing my old tint replacing it with a new one 2mao. The old one has faded.

The good thing about tinted glass are:

1. It shields you from ultra violet rays of sunlight which has severe effect on the Skin especially if you re light skin. (Skin cancer, dark pigmentation, rashes, sun burn etc)

2. It increases the performance of AC chilling in your car. it makes AC cooler than in normal transparent window glasses.

3. It gives you adecent privacy, you won't be seen in public when you re on duty.

4. Tinted glass cars are more attractive and good looking than those without Tinted glass.

Basically, it improves the beauty of a car, especially sedans.

Boss, they deserve explanation though. You can tell when you ride and realised that peanut is huge amount. grin. Is just funny, we drivers have 4 different skin type when on ehailing, such that we can switch like robot. Uber, Bolt, Indriver and Offline skin grin.... I am sure you will plead with Uber rider when in such situation.

Boycott ke...many drivers have been blocked by uber and bolt, so Indriver is their only alternative on ehailing.

They don't deserve any explanation, cos they didn't pay for traffic.
In same situation with Uber/Bolt, I leave it on afteral their money is counting, worst case is if I don't have enough fuel then I tell rider I don't have enough fuel and I have to turn off engine. I no say they go give me one star so no need to plead for it again. If fuel finish inside traffic, rider too go suffer na, so they understand.

The different skin is occasioned by the companies, so we play at their game. The one wey dey sweet me pass na wen rider say we should use uber/bolt map grin. Bolt map wey go say make u go pass oworo to go ilupeju from Berger/Magodo axis... The thing dey sweet me die grin grin
