But then again what happened to, " the recruiting organisation would get back to you on the next steps"?... Successful or not, there is meant to be feedback based on the above phrase. Just my thoughts. We'll all be fine in the end.

75 isn't above average..it's more than above average.

There's no need to generalize when you obviously don't have the contact of all those who participated in the test. Before DPR interview in 2017, my friend was contacted to upload his results. My friend who also participated in NLNG CBT in 2017 was also contacted to do same although both were not invited for the respective interview afterwards.
Forget all these unnecessary analysis and assumptions by some of us on this platform and wait until you see a message of which specifically invites successful confidantes for interview before concluding.

This is the most messed up recruitment exercise I've ever attended. And I have gone for UN, Kenya CFO and MTN.

Congratulations to all those that got invited,
and to those that did not get invited may the Almighty give you something bigger and better.

This is to also inform you that only 600 people were sent emails to upload their credentials.
those will be the ones that will be invited for the interview.

The mail is for people that have issues with their certificates upload, perhaps the lied during applications and now the have to produce what they claim the have.

If you didn't get the mail starting thanking God that you have no issues with you credentials.
I remember was sent a mail in August also that I should fill in my middle name ,months before the first test so scrutiny is still on going so if you didn't get the mail go and relax.

Stop deceiving yourself. The email first of all congratulated the persons before asking them to proceed and upload their documents..

The email was sent to over 90% of persons who scored 75% and above and few below that..
So if you didn't get the email please move on..

You're getting it wrong. The handlers are quomodo system who created the oilandgasng site for applications as instructed and also testmi site for exams. So test mi is not different from oilandgasjobsng. They were both created by quomodo systems as NCDMB do not have the capability for creating portals for jobs and exams

It's possible message is for people who didn't upload credentials correctly before. This is because we all uploaded our credentials previously. Remember also that the Testmi site was epileptic and showed erroneous bio data before
