Hello everyone
I'm new here and I need information about canada student visa. I have a BSc(Ed) in agricultural production and management science and I'd like to apply for masters this year. My questions are;
1. When will admission start?
2. What are the requirements to process a study visa.
3. I'm yet to pick an institution, can any one a good and affordable school for agric student.
4. What is the possibility of getting a good job with agric course in Canada.
5. Since I have a certificate in education is it MSC or MEd I will go for, please I need clarifications. Thank you

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

When did they start reviewing your eligibility?

Devastated!!!
Got my refusal today.
Please which site is good to order gcms notes ?
I used an immigration consultant,my question is can I request for my login or just create another account for my reapplication since I know my UCI and application number.

Since you are using your brother as your sponsor then you should encourage him to pay your first year tuition. He should possibly create a GIC Investment for you to cover your 1 year living expense.

More importantly, He must declare the number of persons that are dependent on him with some proof, all his source of incomes with proof, why he is sponsoring you and proof of your relationship with him as well as times he has assisted you in the past.

So no correspondence between him and the school till his admission mail? Even acknowledgement of documents reception?
It's okay o, my second name is patience, I just wanted to know if the deafening silence is a norm for colleges.

Thank you.

Yiu can request for your login. If he says no, simply create a new email address, create a new GC key and apply with the UCI number and Application number

Once application is submitted and all requirements are attached. You need to wait for a while before decision is taken on your admission

Apart from the suggestions given,

Co-op letters of some schools e.g Conestoga, Cambrian college are always merged together with their Letter of Acceptance (LOA).

If that's your case , you have to spilt and extract that Co-op letter, then upload it on the EVIDENCE OF WORK REQUIREMENT IN STUDY upload.

You can do that on this website

https://www.ilovepdf.com/split_pdf

I submitted my own without co-oo
My program am going for as co-op with it. Any problem if I don’t show evidence of work?

Try to send it through Webform and mails you need to let them know that your program has CO-OP cuz they will need to issue a work permit to that effect so send it through webform and email if you have already submitted with a LOE that maybe it was an oversight and attach it

Congratulations Bro, so what study documents did you put down, you didn't tell us the 3 questions she was asking for 20 minutes and your reply to those questions
The study documents are:
Letter of admission
Enrollment letter
Fees receipt
She didn’t even look at the LOI

Questions asked:
1) “Your program started in September, why did you choose to come now”?
2) something about the fee receipt, she couldn’t find it
3) I paid my fees in excess so it was showing minus, she thought that I was still owing the school money.

Hi nairalanders,

Good morning. I’m a sponsor for my sibling, I would like to ask which documents both house and landed properties are recognized by the Canadian immigration. I have several properties in Nigeria some have a CofO and some don’t, just the deed of assignment and other relevant documents. Please advice.

Thanks

Aside
C of O (Certificate of Occupancy) & Deed of Assignment/Conveyance ,

The following land documents can suffice
- Survey plans of the properties
- Miscellaneous land Receipts & Stamp duties
- Memorandum of Land Sales .

Await more suggestions from members in house

So GIC is applicable to Nigerian students.

Gooday!
Is it compulsory for an undergraduate student been sponsored by his brother staying in Canada to show proof of family ties or landed properties? Because the person is not up to 20 years of age.

the VO is trying to be logical? why obtain a masters degree in a course and after that, decide to go back to obtain a bachelor's degree in that same course?

For the finance, was it mybankstatement that you submitted?

So GIC is applicable to Nigerian students.

I just checked, it seems Nigerians can't get GIC. So, your best bet is tuition payment.. mind you, ensure your sponsor show past commitment, that's very important. He should also tell the Visa Officer the number of persons dependent on him.
