Long story.

1.My roles were transferred to the assistant manager without sacking me.

2. I was hired for a different job I'm qualified for. But my main capability is in the management of animal farming. They got to know about my main certificate and asked me to manage their farm while still doing what they hired me for. I was using a means of transportation owned by me to move between the the office and the farm without paying me for fuel or add to my salary.

Who dose that?
Where they paying you 300k per month plus other benefits

All possession depends on consciousness. Therefore to bring your dreams to fruition, you need to engage first in conditioning your mind to think thoughts that produce what you desire.
Life is spiritual and to deny this truth is delusional. You need to guard your mind from inconsistent information and contradicting thoughts. And since thinking is an intentional act, it means that you are responsible for what you think. What you think in your spirit mind is what you will see in the physical. This is consistent with the
law of attraction and most laws that have been instituted by God to govern the world. These are the exact principles that produce your dream.
With all that I have said in the above; 3 factors are apparent.
. Knowledge: The knowledge or information about a subject is what produces the thought, which is the seed principle for its creation. Therefore it is important to go for the knowledge and information in the direction of your dreams. This will produces ideas that will aid your planning and will help you make better and informed decisions.
. Planning: This is a mental process that is so important to the achievement of your dreams. With planning you absorb and incubate the dream. You have access to the different perspectives and scenarios that will make you SEE the dream become reality.
. Action : sometimes this is the singular variable missing in the equation for most people who haven’t brought their dreams to fruition. Planning will leave you with activities and tasks that you will need to do to bring your dreams to fruition. It might be a phone call to an uncle or relative that could help you secure an appointment with someone who can facilitate your dream. Or to seat down and do the required research to prepare the business plan. It might even be to discipline yourself to study for that examination that will unleash the possibilities of your dream. Your dream will require action on your part. It will demand dedication and perseverance; and you should not be found wanting.
I use KPA to remember these important factors: knowledge, Planning and Action.
In summary, become a student of your dream. Get all the information and knowledge that you need. If you need to enroll on a course - Do it. Plan your life and goals with the information you have gotten and then act accordingly. Let your life become a reflection of the inner workings of your mind. Stay true to your dream and nothing can take it away from you.

How do you manage 30k as a graduate?

I mean, how do you negotiate 30k as salary after graduating from school cos that money is an insult to a graduate, it's a fvcking peanut.
It wasn't easy.

After service, no job was forthcoming and I needed one so badly because I wouldn't accept staying at home with my sister in-law who would always lash at me for not getting married early enough to leave her house. God no be man. I am happily married now, though still job hunting.

The 30k was their fixed salary for the position. I decided to manage. I had resumed when they told me about the deduction of dispenser water, compulsory 1k for welfare, et al.
Maybe I should say I was desperate for a job that time. I had to take whichever one that came my way.

Life is tough on graduates.

Nawaa oo for work in Nigeria, someone will start work by 7 a.m and end by 9 pm. Chai that is double shift, in most EU countries it is not allowed. If you work this Hours in Germany you don become a multi millionaire in Naira in only one year but German government will not allow it and your health insurance company also because you are endangering your health.

I will then get two jobs, close one and switched to the next one.

If I see any means to leave this country I will do it immediately

I am an employee and also an employer. I will say that i always have good relationship with my employers even when i worked as an NYSC memeber. As an employer i try to be good with my staff but some staff can be funny. A staff that wants you to pay him/her without working, she just fills your ear with excuses. Some staff are also wicked, they work for you but are working for themselves. I employed a man in my poultry farm, whenever i am not around he sells the birds when he saw that i was caught he started selling the feed. One idiot was coming to my farm to buy feed from him. That is what poverty mentality does to people they are always crooked in their dealings.

Sorry for the long story

I couldn't take it any longer I had to resign on 14th February, 2021 over the hurtful words of my MD.

I manage his filling station and building materials warehouse.

I really came to work with all my heart, I run the place as if its my own business that my landlord once asked me if its my dad's business.

I wake 5am everyday to set up the station at exactly 6am and closes 9pm .
There's no sales boy/girl in the warehouse beside the station, am the one selling the building materials, yet under the salary of manager of the station.

He pays me 33k which I don't mind, yet there's nothing I will ever do that will be good in his sight
He seems to hate me.
Any Lil mistake of mine, he calls me "idiot, I didn't go to school, am foolish, that he allowed me to be here because he doesn't have chance, that I add no value to the company, money he pays me is waste to him"

These words makes me feel worthless, I cry most a times in the office.
I handle millions of his money, none misses #5 for a day. He once called an auditor for me because he doesn't trust the account I give him monthly, yet no fund was missing.

After work on January, 2021, I paid other staffs on 3rd of February.
He pays me directly, and pays me whenever he likes.
I waited till 13th of February, I had to call him to know if did anything wrong and why delaying my salary. He hung up the call.

On 14th of February, I took the money through the Cashier, tendered my resignation letter and left the company.
The cashier made it known to him, he called me on phone and started shouting at me saying "why am I rushing money like this, that am foolish and very stupid, he had small regard for me before but now he knows am worthless, that he will never forgive me for this act". Without knowing that I have left the company already.

The next day, he paid me through my account same 33k.
I had to return the 33k I collected from cashier.
the man is training you to make money work for you and not you working for money. but the part I don't like is the insult. if care is not taken he might employ someone who isn't as trust worthy as u claim to be. he knows you are a trust worthy person and would definitely miss that. the thing is how old are you cos if you are less than 25 he is trying to put fear in you.
