B. According to driving codes one must utilize his rearview mirror prior to reversing a vehicle

Then he has proven by himself and by his own submiss ion that he used them on that day and thus clearly saw the officer before he reverse d.

So our police and judiciary system can be this fast in instituting judgement. There are many cases of police brutality and other lingering issues especially Innocent people out there that had made our prisons overflooded but the police is quick to arraign the man to court because they are the victim now... If not that Nigeria is a foolish country, the right to do was to take his plate number n let him go. With his plate number u can locate his house n serve him what ever punishment he deserves. The whole drama was too much for mere traffic offense.
