This may not be necessary. The info on choice of test location had no '*'. So they may decide the location for candidates themselves.

The only update you will get is the one you will see on your screen immediately you submit your application telling you "you have successfully registered".

So what you can do now is to pray and hope you will be among those that will be sent mail for test on the 4/5th of March.

Your certificate is it in Jpeg document or PDF document?

If it is in PDF or Word, type reduce PDF size on Google. If it is in jpeg, type reduce jpeg size.

It is best you mail them, on the site you will see their support mail. It is best you mail them now so you can get a feedback before the end of tomorrow since it is closing tomorrow.

I used the one from NCP
I don't think it matters though

Because during the last recruitment, people without it got invited for the test.

The test might be online due to COVID and all the test dragnet have been conducting of recent (deloitte, Rainoil, custodian, PanAfrican) were all done online.

Based on the software you will be asked to install if it is online, it might be hard to use your system calculator.

But if it is physical, you won't see the system calculator to use.
