All You Need Is "1Like" From Above

If there was anything the 2019 presidential elections taught us, it's that it wasn't about getting most likes, but getting likes where it mattered most...

If it were up to social media alone, Atiku would have been declared the winner of the election by a huge margin, as he was getting the most likes in the social media "elections" and many of his supporters were already celebrating thinking that he had won by a landslide.

But he lost and didn't win election because it wasn't about getting the most likes somewhere, but getting likes where it mattered most. Hence Buhari was declared the winner of the elections because he got the most likes and won where it really counts.

Many are busy seeking for likes everywhere else, but where it mattered most. And the "many" in this case doesn't just apply to those of the world but also church, as many Christians including church leaders were very guilty of this. They seek many likes from men because they observe that as a measure of their success, so they believe they've won or made it when they've got many likes from men.

But unknown to them is the truth that all they need is just "1like" from where it mattered most. Therefore even if they had all the likes in the whole world, and all the likes of men in the church and Christians, as long as they don't have that "1like" where it mattered most, which is from above, they have failed woefully and lost, because they didn't have the "1like" they needed to win or succeed.

This should give you a clue to what actually happened to those many anointed ministers and church leaders Jesus spoke about concerning what would take place on the last day, as they believed the many likes they got in the sight of men with all the many mighty works they were doing in His name, meant they had succeeded or made it.

Matthew 7:22 (KJV)

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

But to their greatest shock, they came to find out the hard Truth that all those many likes which they had received from men counted for nothing, because they lacked that "1like" which they needed where it mattered most, even that which came from above. He didn't even know them!

Matthew 7:23

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

It pains me so much that most Christians do not even know that all they need is "1like" where it mattered most, hence they're busy seeking likes from men, even themselves and their fellow Christians.

One of them once came to one of my threads of my former moniker, mocking me that I was alone, that there were no Christians with me, because she believed it was all about having the many likes and support of Christians. She didn't know that I wasn't brought up by one of those their many-likes chasing leaders that dominate today's churches, but that I was Jesus-made, hence I very well knew that all I needed was just "1like" where it mattered most, not even two but just "1like", and that '1like" I needed I had. So even if i had no or "0likes" from all the Christians on Earth, it was absolutely inconsequential and made no difference in my respect, because i was already a winner and had made it, since i had the "1like" I needed where it mattered most.

This is what I learnt from the Master, because the He was all about that "1like". That "1like" which came from above meant everything to Him. He did everything to ensure the "1like" was always with Him and never left Him.

John 8:29 (KJV)

And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

Hence the likes of men meant nothing to Him, even that of John the baptist His forerunner who He approved of, because it was all about that "1like" that came from above.

John 5:33-34 (KJV)

Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth.
But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved.
But I have greater witness than that of John:

John 5:36 (KJV)

for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.

That's the same mindset He inculcated into His disciples as was illustrated on this occasion with Mary and Martha.

Luke 10:39-42 (KJV)

And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.
But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

Hence while Martha was busy trying to get many "likes" from men, her sister Mary who knew better was focused on getting that "1like" which came from above. Hence Jesus rebuked Martha for chasing many likes from men, because only "1like" was needful, even that which came from above that her sister Mary had chosen, which can never be taken away from her.

That's also the same mindset He inculcated into me, hence It's all about that "1like" for me. Therefore I would give anything, trade anything, say anything, offend anyone including my loved ones and family members, even all Christians on Earth if need be for the sake of that "1like", because all I need is that "1like" from above.

All you also need is "1like" from above which no man can take away from you.

We Live in times where People claim to be Believers but they are seeking and more Interested in the approval of men/ women.

I Rather be Hated and Disapproved by men and Loved by GOD than be Loved by Men and Disapproved by GOD ALMIGHTY.
