50k from private tutoring which I have stopped.
So, give or take 280k.
Na me dey even reject lessons sef because I’m running my masters at the moment.
Guys, there’s money in the teaching profession if you know what you are doing.

I’ll encourage anyone that wants to venture into the profession to focus on the online teaching. There are a lot of Nigerian parents abroad looking for our services.

It takes a smart guy with a little bit of luck(without +) to make a living in in your chosen career but at the same time, I can tell you categorically that you're not that smart or close to the real nigga you call yourself.

it's him who made it flexible for himself by chosing that path. Just like me, I opted for part-time teaching job to enable me do other side hustles. That's the beauty of part-time.

Then you are lucky to have such agreeable arrengement with those schools. Most schools I know won't agree to such arrengement- they will always accept a full time position for their teachers.

From your analysis of how you get your money, it shows you are not being honest with yourself.

I must say that Private schools do not employ part time Maths and Physics teachers except in a very rare or urgent case. Because these subjects are the major in secodary schools.They rather give the duties to those science teachers in the school that can handle those subjects till they get full time teachers that can work with them.

With the advent of social media ( whatsapp , facebook ) and the rate of unemployment , it is always very easy to get full time teachers for these subjects. So if anyone is employed as a part time teacher in any school , just know that you will be shown the way out within 2 / 3 months. Is that how you want to continue to live your life ?

Wow! Congratulations madame, I don't know why I'm so happy to hear this with almost tears in my eyes. Usually I feel so bad that Teachers who are very knowledgeable make so little money & so under paid, It pains me a lot.

I'm glad your husband is not only intelligent but also Street Smart. There is no loyalty anywhere in the job market, work for different people & count your gains or losses. Most of those CEOs keep making turnovers yearly and your salaries remain the same but once a pandemic hits, they will make an immediate modification on your salary structure because it's now affecting profits.
